Without infinity, he would lose because of how much slower he is and how much stronger most if MHA is than either Gojo or Sukuna. Sukuna doesn’t have any way to survive the sheer physical difference against MHA, so he loses simply due to the difference in speed and raw physical power before he has the chance to actually do anything.
