    When I went threw supper training. I fell back and to the side. Once, and I’m 300lbs. Got up and kept going, didn’t even bend or break anything. I even watched a guy land on his back and went full throttle and did a flip. He kept going to. Very strong, very safe

    You know, I started off in ernest trying to find out what this Paramotoring thing is all about, cause it looks really freakin' cool. I obviously came across a bunch of the Tucker Gott videos at first, since he has a ton of followers and the algorithm likes that and served it up to me, and just went down the rabbit hole from there on UA-cam. From there I've gone on to watch videos from all kinds of different channels about motors, gliders, how to do this that and the other thing... Looked like a ton of fun and it got me really interested. I do a lot of dirt-biking and I love Colorado and Utah, and this sport seems like right up my alley. When I ran across your channel though, it really threw me for a loop, because on the one hand, it looks like you back really good and safe products and provide comprehensive training. But on the other hand, there seems to be a lot of controversy around you in particular and, from an outsiders perspective watching lots of videos and reading lots of comments, it kinda looks like you against the world Dell. Your response to critical questions and comments on your channel induce a lot of frustration in me because well.. you're just not very...prudent (I guess that's the nice word to use). You use words like ignorant, hoax, deceptive, evil, liars, death-trap, etc... and well... those are just not the kind of words I expect from someone that is the best in the world at an increasingly popular sport, or that I would possibly one day put my life in their hands to teach me. Obviously no one is perfect. It kinda just leaves me in this position of not knowing who or what to believe. I'm kind of at a point where I don't know if I want to participate in this sport anymore. All this negativity, and having to wade through SO MUCH information (that I don't necessarily know how to interpret) is such an energy drain.

      You know it's really not that hard. Just think. Take evidence with a logical and rational perspective. I just showed in this video how a guy went right through the netting of a scout that Tucker Gott promoted without warnings. Also realize he promoted it knowing full well of these issues and knowing full well the Flat Top doesn't have these issues. I have shown people literally die on the gear such people promote and explained in detail why that simply doesn't happen on proper gear. It's really not rocket science. How are words like liar, murderer, scumbag, fraud... too much? How would you feel if it was your friend who just broke his back and is now in a wheel chair because someone like Tucker and those like him intentionally and knowingly deceived him away from the best & safest gear and training so they could get a few bucks kick back from those pushing the crap causing constant carnage & death. Do you seriously want a fluffy lie over the cold hard truth that pisses off those who tell the lies? What do you call those pushing totally uncertified class gliders onto ignorant newbies getting them killed? Is impolite a strong enough word for such types? Seriously if your friend asked you what you thought about gear that 3 people drowned on in a single month and 5 more just recently died on with hundreds others shredded in the prop with... doesn't total pile of crap describe it accurately? Yup the guy telling the truth that is so obvious the liars don't even try to refute it... what do you think they are going to say? Yea they simply make up lies about the one telling the truth. What controversy? Seriously can you name even 1 single bad thing I've ever done in my lifetime without quoting a lie of the murderers pushing crap gear and total scammers as "instructors"? Where have I said anything that isn't accurate or actually just simply obvious and logical? Then realize I've been warning people about these lying scumbags for well over 20 years and have watched them seriously injure and kill so many people it's just ridiculous. Every time they just sweep it under the rug and make up more lies about me for telling the truth of what happened. The liars really have nothing to do with the real actual sport though. If you get SUPER training and the best & safest gear what does any of the trash talkers garbage have to do with you? Zero. This is not the sport for someone who is mentally weak that can't deal with truth straight up or those who tell it. If you want to be able to do things others can't do then you need to be a bit sharper that those who were not smart enough to listen to actual experts. Liars don't like to be questioned. I'm totally open to any legit questions. Feel free to try to prove me wrong. The more you search for the truth the more you will know just how correct what I say is and the safer you will be. It's a rare person who will stand up for what's right against ALL others no matter what. If you want to be a skilled safe pilot then you have to be a bit smarter and tougher than average and not care what trash talkers say. Seriously how do you even argue against something like protection from the prop being important? If you accept that such a critical safety feature is important what can you then say about those pushing gear you can see clearly doesn't have it and despite hundreds of injuries they still just keep pushing the same old crap over and over with more lies to deceive people away from the truth about it? Am I wrong? Where in ANY of the comments do you see someone intelligently explain and show where I'm wrong? Nope just trash talking. Those who hate me for telling the truth call names and talk trash and make up lies but never once do they even try to refute what I say because they can't.
      Flying a Flat Top with real actual skills is the coolest thing ever. Flying total crap gear without proper training is about the dumbest thing you could ever do. Not even the same sport or even close. If you want to do the exceptional then you need to be exceptional in the wisdom of your approach.

      @@DellSchanze why don't they replace nylon netting with some metal strips, I know it increases wait and reduce performance but safety first

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Рік тому

      It wouldn't help with those units as the cages are so flimsy the whole cage will flex right into the prop. I showed this in my Parajet review. So even if they used kevlar netting that can't stretch it really doesn't matter because of how flimsy the cages are. You can't even use those units with a trike because just doing a forward launch under load can cause the whole cage to collapse right into the prop. There is a video of that I saw a bit ago on a blackhawk paramotor. The guy tried to do a forward launch with a trike and the blackhawk cage just folded back into the prop and the whole unit exploded. It's just horrifying they sell crap like that.

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Рік тому

      Yea sadly very few actually do research or they get lied to up and down by many others and so the exact same injuries keep happening over and over in the exact same ways on the exact same horrible gear. Instead of fixing the horrible issues they just tell a bunch of lies about me and the Flat Top and try to confuse people as to the real truth. The facts are blatantly obvious to anyone with some logical reasoning who takes the time to look. Anyone not using Flat Tops for training and pushing other gear is freaking incompetent. You cannot push total crap gear onto people and claim any amount of competency. It's so messed up. 99% of the carnage & death in the sport is because of horrible gear.

    Once a person breaks their back from a para-motor accident, do they typically never fly again?

    • @DellSchanze
      @DellSchanze  Рік тому +5

      Depends on the person. One guy broke his back TWICE on a fresh breeze before he quit the sport. He actually walked up to my whole class on the beach and told them all how stupid they were and how horrible the sport was.... all because he got scammed by Kurt Fister with a pile of crap fresh breeze instead of a Flat Top. Many others quit the first time they break their back. Flat Tops seriously save your butt big time and save the whole sport for you.

      Well illegal and totally uncertifed height hook in points with backwards steering so if the glider goes left the trike will shoot off to the right along with many other issues... No I wouldn't consider it. The big huge honking units are way too heavy and the weight is spread out to far so in any turbulence you get the tail wagging the dog effect. Just not a unit to get. Do it right and start with foot launching a Flat Top. It weighs 55 lbs and will carry over 600 lbs. You can add a super light Air Trike any time but it's best to learn foot launching first. If you fly a Flat Top and get SUPER training you will be able to fly anywhere anytime all day every day. With the horrible gear you will be severely limited in the conditions you can fly in. only 8mph of wind for a unit like that where the Flat Top can fly pretty much whenever the heck you want. Call me at 801-631-1731. There are so many details to do it the right and safest way.

    You just lied when you said you didn’t kick a bird/ owl. Come on dude you did it oh well you move past it. But don’t bring it up and lie about it. I believe the flat top is the safest paramotor out right now for sure. I get you want to defend your self. I seen the video and I heard your voice. Anyone who watches it will know the truth. So why even bring it up anymore. Just move forward and continue to push the flattop. I know it’s the safest and anyone with common sense will see it is the safest to. I'll bet you $100,000 in cash that I didn't kick an owl. Want to take that? The FACTS are very very simple to find. Stop being so absurdly gullible that the devil's media and some perverts can trick you into anything. They lied. I didn't kick an owl. Yes the Flat Top is the very best though. Stop going around believing the lies of the wicked though. Why do you think they tell soooo many lies about me? Yea it's because they can't refute the facts I share in any way so they make up crap. Remember the guy they said I killed? Yea he died TOWING with other instructors not on a Flat Top. Now they are saying I killed a guy who was based jumping and his parachute didn't open. Seriously how would I somehow make his parachute not open? Careful who you listen to. Listen to SUPERDELL instead of the liars. Kicking an owl has zero to do with paramotors but the fact is I didn't kick an owl.

      Dell I believe 100% that every word you speak about the Flattop and the Dominator. I watch all of your videos and like everyone of them I have talked to numerous people in the paramotoring industry that are very well known and respected. When I bring up your name or a conversation comes to you. Of course everyone has their opinion about you. I enjoy your videos and your charisma and everything you have brought to the industry and sport everyone sees you and what you have made. The Flattop is the safest Paramotor to date. Everyone who dislikes you and everyone who loves you watches your videos just to see what you will say next. Your the Howard Stern of paramotors. Going back to how I have talked to many people in the industry and very popular people in the industry about You. I have always stuck up for you and regardless of what anyone says about their choices in paramotors. I’m always pointing the flattop out and I will keep doing that regardless of what people think about me for sharing my opinion on the flattop. I just didn’t like the part about the bird. Why bring it up. It’s in the past. You say you live by god and you bring up scriptures. So I don’t care if you kicked it or not. Just don’t bring it up and lie to me. Just leave it in the past. I believe in what you say and teach. I also believe you are the best pilot in the world I believe you are the best teacher in the world. So if people talk negative about you ohh well it’s their loss. You don’t have to prove anything. Because you already have. We have a whole library of videos you put out showing that you are the real deal. I appreciate everything you say and show on video. I really would enjoy to share the sky with you and fly next to you. You have taught me so much and we have never met. Thank you for that. I will keep watching your videos and keep liking them and I’ll keep telling everyone that the flattop is the best because it is. That’s no lie. Thank you for your response.

      There is a huge difference between flying with birds, which everyone in the sport has done, and physically kicking a bird. I didn't kick any birds let alone an owl. So calling me a liar and saying I did is pretty messed up. It's the difference between true and false and of course the liars out there are going to push lies. The truth is though that I didn't kick an owl. It's a complete lie made up by Rob at blackhawk who cheated on his wife with a MAN. Those are the facts.

    Tucker Gott flys a scout.
    That means I will never fly a scout. Tucker is well known in the community as a clout chaser. Example...posting a video of himself flying to McDonald's and landing....calling Dunkin donuts from the air then landing next to a road (where drivers can watch and not pay attention and possibly crash) then getting donuts. He's the laughing stock in the paramotor community but people use him to grow their channels. Plus his monotone voice makes me wanna rip my ears off. So to sum it up, anything Tucker Gott flies or represents....run away from as fast as you can. He only cares about clout.
