Things to give up if you want to be happy:
1. The need to always be right.
2. The need to impress others.
3. The need for approval.
4. Resistance to change.
5. Dwelling on the past.
6. Negative self-talk.
7. Limiting beliefs.
8. Blaming others.
9. Complaining.

I don’t recall where I heard this, but “You will start to succeed when you want it just as bad as you do when your are trying to breath.” Something along those lines. If you were drowning then you would do everything possible to prevent that and get your breaths to live. I love stuff like this to hear. Awesomeness 🤘
