I had repaired 100's of PC before (not component level repair). For dead PC like yours, first unplug as many components and power cables as possible to make a minimal boot-up setup (usually just the video, CPU, ram and power) to isolate the possibility of short due to external components. If BIOS screen still does not come up, test this minimal setup with a working power supply (this will eliminate P/S problem). If the BIOS screen still no show, I have this final trick-- erase CMOS memory by shorting the CMOS jumper (make sure the MB button battery still have power). I had rescued a few dead systems using this CMOS trick. If this still does not work, then swap motherboard.

我已经测完不是ram, psu和显卡的问题。现在就只剩下cpu和主板。cpu 是r9 5900x, 主板msi x570 mpg carbon wifi。 我已用了任何方法测试，包括debug card, 插蜂鸣器。都是指向ram, 可是我的ram 插入另外一架i5 9600k 是可以正常开机的。我现在正纠结着到底是cpu 还是主板坏？因为我正在筹备着买新主板。

之前我d散熱膏好舊硬左，打機去到83，4度，之後換過新膏，熱極都係58度，重要係室內無冷氣

首先 disable 哂所有超頻 包括 ram XMP =>無問題即超頻出事

抆RAM果步係冇意思，咁樣冇反應唔會係條RAM既問題。
另外買二手板應該攞埋粒u去試，有時粒u既tracing壞咗，換咗板都開唔到機。

我部電腦，初時情況係，用緊時會特然間無畫面，主機仍然着機，我為有強行關機，有時候開得返機，但睇無耐又再無畫面，本人試過打開機箱，拎兩條記憶體用擦膠，擦記憶體金屬部分，之後開得返機，但唔夠2小時又再無畫面，到現在連主機都唔著，我早開主機箱拎記憶卡出嚟有強行關機，但無掹走火牛電源線，會否導致火牛壞掉，還是係其他問題
