    So glad to find a Portuguese speaker for this recipe. Another UA-camr butchered the name in Brazilian. I am surprised you added the salt to the yolks: usually salt is added to the whites.

      I would not suggest to eat the peels. You can also buy fava beans with out the peels. 🥰

      Hi Nancy, made the cake and used a 10in angel food cake pan I wasn’t sure if 8” would b too small and overflow! Cooked 45 min on 350, but for some reason it’s a little dry and the outside is a little gummy! Usually my oven it’s not hot enough at 350! I followed your video till the end I don’t know what could have gone wrong! Next time I will try at 325! I let it cool 10 min in the pan and than removed it! Wanted to send a picture but I couldn’t figure out how! Thank you!

      Hi Gina... the pan is an 8" x 4" deep pan. The egg whites create air bubbles in the sponge cake.. the answer is no. Thank you for your question
