i love this new season, but sometimes i feel like there's something missing in the new videos, like before this began there were videos like larger than life which team edge doesn't really do that much anymore, i'd love to see more of the build team's ingenious! some of my favorite videos on this channel are the escape the mineshaft videos.
They might do something big for the finale! You also have to remember that they were in need of a change to continue to enjoy making videos, and I’m sure the build team needed a break from constantly going so big every week. This is also the first season of these games so once they nail the formula I bet they’ll go even bigger next season.
I agree. This format requires the videos to be more "logical and methodical" so that points can be accumulated in a fair and obvious way-- but much of the chaotic whimsy has been lost because of it. In particular, I don't think this format showcases their quirky personalities too well-- they're all funny and lovable guys, but we don't see much of that when they're competing like this. In any case, I've enjoyed the season, but I do hope we get some more of the classic-goofy or obscurely-creative stuff for a while before jumping right into another season.
@@hannahg5479 this is the other part of what i was thinking, i've always enjoyed how unorthodox these guys are even in the new season but it used to be much more exaggerated, at least for me.

@@anonymousperson3023 Looking at the room at 13:22 after the big one was popped, there was plenty of room. Joey wouldn't have to get close to either of the 5 point balloons on the wall. When you watched Bobby run after the big one was popped he had plenty of room to move the balloons out of the way so he didn't get anymore points afterwards. Will it doesn't secure the victory, it does increases the odds of winning.

This thing was rigged for Hammer Heads. I'll explain why it was rigged.
If u look closely at Marvin's turn, at the end of his turn he sacrificed 2 balloons (9:10). Now at the end of Bobby's turn how did those pink and red balloons get there (10:40)? Obviously it was moved or adjusted, which is unfair. Hammerheads would've won rounds 1 and 2. But luckily they also won round 3 to secure their spot in the finals.
This is not the only thing that happened to the hammerheads. In one of the videos with the musical chairs, a trivia question was ask towards Marvin, "Which is the closest planet to Earth? A. Mars, B. Jupiter and C. Saturn". Marvin answered "Mars" which is correct but it was somehow Jupiter...? The answer is obviously Mars for those that actually learn something from school.
In the end Hammerheads did make it to the finals. But it's so unfair, things like this could happen and the outcome of it changes. Like the hammerheads could've won the musical chairs challenge but... they got out because of the stupid trivia question.

I kinda hate how this ended, I was routing for Mud dogs since round 1 and for this to be the challenge their eliminated in I’m a little disappointed because imo it’s a little unfair since each person on the mud dogs is ya know… tall? If it was anything else I would have been fine with it just kinda poor choice for a challenge to have to see who goes forward

These 2 finals video, the most recent ones were examples of determination that we all need in life. The hammerheads had 2 opportunities to lose and go home but yet picked up and still won both challenges to knock the Mud Dogs out of the finals, huge congratulations to the hammys because I personally thought the Mud Dogs were going home with the win. nice job!
