Reminds me of Thad Jones' work. Bob Mintzer played in the Thad Jones and Mel Lewis big from 1977 to 79.

Just beautiful! This band actually approaches the big band thing the way it is supposed to be done. All the sections aiming to phrase together and a nice relaxed feel. Great writing and Bob's solo is wonderful All of the soloists are wonderful.I hope one day I can be a guest artist with your band. Once this virus is conquered and we can travel again.
