This is something I've been thinking about for the past few months. I've been working with a coach and he's helped identify things I'm weak at (slow first step, footwork and not attacking to the rim for example). As far as go-to-moves we are working on just 2-3 moves with counters that require minimal dribbling. We do only in game shooting off the dribble or triple threat that simulate the real game and also against 2-3 types of defense (super sticky, medium space etc.) and lastly reactionary drills. The moves were chosen based on seeing what works best in real games and what I'm naturally good at and am comfortable in. For example, I play against taller and more athletic people so now one of my go to moves is a bump running step-back. I just really have to get slightly shoulder to shoulder n I pound the ball, make contact with shoulder and a bit of arm then do the running step back (I learned from devs in the labs cookbook). We drill this 70 times on each side and the counter about 20 times (which is a hanging Hesi drive). In game I do this a lot now n it's become my bread and butter and it's really hard for defense to guess if I am gonna shoot or Hesi most the time.

Can you make a video on how to breathe and catch yourself during game on and off to be able to re-energize and hydrate because I suffer from asthma and it can be hard for me to able to move as much I want to before being out of breath can just barely manage two downhills plays both on offense and defense before iam gas eve in a 1v1 situation most of my friends say I just need to workout. But I believe Its goes beyond that feel. Like iam not take good breaths and with asthma you would think we should know the correct to breath you to catch ourselves outside of an inhaler right? But its really hard even when its not my asthma sneaking up on me. Can you please help?
