Yesss, I noticed that too. Everyone was very empathetic towards Harley, who is a grown woman and is fully aware of her actions, but towards Gregory, who is a child, they were not so empathetic.
I think it's because they got to know Harley better than gregory when it was his turn as he was one of the first people to have their reactions done and they were still getting used to his character. But I 100% agree since gregory was a child and Harley was an adult.

yes! harley canonically murdered orphans for joker! and killed without any remorse or pressure to do so. killing was never a last resort or something she did under pressure, she just did it on a whim. clinically insane and manipulated or not, i think that is a grossly harsher offence as an adult than as child under severe mental distress
