I have 035 TK moons, win brass is real tight and seems to not bottom in the cyl all the time, I have not gone to the ext fire pin, just got the wolffe reduced power spring pak and it works good, I was adjusting the new mainspring and noticed of 4 brands of primers in mixed brass the win brass seems to always be a common denominator when a problem occurs, I noticed the same with win factory ammo years ago just assumed it was cup hardness. I never could warm up to the S&W 929 revolver. Once Ruger Redhawk 8 shot came out I returned to shooting Revolver Division again, as shooting a 6 shot seemed unproductive against 8 shots. I only have a 4.2" barrel (I don't care for longer 6.5" barrels), but I have done pretty well for myself at matches lately.
@@brianonthego The Super GP-100 in 9mm or .357 are nice. When the 8 shot Redhawk in .357 came out I picked one up, and months later the Super GP-100 came out. With the price difference (MSRP at least) of approx $500, the "advantages" of the Super GP-100 did not entice me to obtain one yet. Great runs, and your weak hand only shooting is rock steady! Hopefully we can have matches again, they just re-cancelled everything for the rest of the year. 😔

I love to see that wheel gun out there and then to see it wielded one handed makes it all gooder...Good stuff....
Yea..about the one handed...I do need to practice that much more.

@@scottf.3808 I was really looking forward to today's match...have not shot the 929 for a month.
Putting in the work. Awesome
I had such a fun time with the revolver. I appreciate you taking time to watch and comment.
Good work!
I appreciate that. Checking out some of your videos.
I have got to try a revolver. Well done!!
Thanks so much. I have much to learn in revolver shooting.
@@brianonthego I think you look great!
Just got results today. I came in 2nd of 3 in revolver. Stupid mistakes on my part.
2nd of 3 in Revolver class. Really needed a win to tie for 1st for the year. 105 A, 28 C, 2 D, 4 Missed Targets, 3 No Shoots.
I would consider that a great demonstration of revolver skills, Brian great job!
I appreciate that. I so need to practice more.
Hi Brian, I have a question, Winchester brass giving you problems with .035 moon clips?

125 Minor, 8 shot allowed and 165 Major, 6 shot max in USPSA.
