    I follow everything you do and take in what fits me and my vertical and career phase, Ummm... IT HAS WORKED! Made it to the end of my past two interviews. My first hiring manager one tomorrow for a company I WANT! You have helped boost my confidence. I am coming out of a 2-year severe burnout, and your positive vibes are so refreshing. THANK YOU!

    I finally got the job by doing doing the steps by step method, being more positive even when explaining a difficult time .. I made it look like that difficult time improved relationships as opposed to destroying and handled each question I don't remember stumbling just obviously nervous in the first few sentences which then I recomposed myself and in the end 😂 I got the damn job 😅

    Andy let me tell you this.. you’re the most awesome UA-cam coach out there and I can’t thank you enough for all you do! One question please; I’m having a panel interview next week (two people) do I still tell them something about their background at the intro? Any tips to address two people instead of one at the intro?

    Hi Andrew,
    In the video, you said if you leave a job to tend to a family member to note it but you didn't say where. I'm assuming the profile summary on the resume is where that information goes.

    Hi Andy, you are just incredible sir.
    My question
    How to handle “what is your salary expectations?” in Texas or states where it’s not prohibited 🚫 to ask for past salaries. How will you handle this tricky situation with this unfair advantage for the employer ❓

    • @andylacivita
      @andylacivita  2 роки тому +3

      Handle it straight. Give the brush off when it comes to your expected and give the detail for previous. It’s not an unfair advantage. It’s only an unfair advantage in your head. 😂 you got this!!

    • @AbbasHashmigcc
      @AbbasHashmigcc 2 роки тому +2

      You are doing God’s work sir. You give out so much value to people for no $. That value translates into income that supports families and dreams. The universe is going to bless you with more.

    You *just* made it in 30 minutes.😮‍💨😄 It was very close😅!

    I love the way you answered that because there are people who don't completely understand stereotypes & distinctions. It seems with some of those people you even (un)surprisingly have to guide or show them how to think. That can also come with how they ask their questions, or they at times expect you to fill in the blanks or read their minds for them. But to put it to the test or at rest...I digress.

    Nice response or in the sense of dotting "i's" & crossing the "t's" with this 1.

    Why is the video an hour and a half for a simple answer to the thumbnail. I don't have time.

    • @andylacivita
      @andylacivita  Рік тому +3

      I covered every time in the interview you’ll need to start a process. Then I answered the community’s questions for quite a while. Sorry the video’s not for you.
