@TERRIANNSKITCHEN i absolutely love this recipe, but when I caramelize the sugar, as soon as I put in the chicken the sugar hardens and doesn't stick to the meat (I guess because of the sudden temperature change) I tried adding some oil I tried using butter I tried using water I tried using just sugar But it doesn't stick to the meat and glaces it... what am I doing wrong ? Can you help me out?

It's not sweet chicken. The carmelization of the sugar & the oil helps the chicken to brown. A little goes a long way.
