Idk… nothing in Hollywood is ad-hoc, everything is produced. More often than not, the encounters are arranged but captured in a way that leads the audience to believe TMZ cameramen are just lurking and randomly running into celebs. This could mean D’elia is being strategically re-introduced to the mainstream.
