It works fine but too much heating, so i did some modifications & To reduce the inductor coil from heating i used outer diameter 27.0mm, inner diameter 13.0mm & height 12.0mm with 1mm wire gauge with 30 turns. It reduces the heating. You can also add switching frequency to 100khz also & works fine bcoz this one has 24khz switching frequency. Am trying to reduce the heating of the mosfets abit bcoz the fets won't work for long with that kind of temperature. It's too high

Inductance to thik lag raha hai. Aapne agar smps transformer dekha hoga to usme mote wire use nahi karte balki bahut sare patle wire parallel me use karte hai. Aap American Wire Gauge (AWG) search karo to aapko guide mil jayegi ki konsa wire use Karna hai.
this amplifier is fake, i was been playing arround with these kind of amplifiers, and its all faked, dont build this, get the class d boards that can run on 24VDC and can do about 80-100watts. Or at least those schematics didnt worked for me, even tho i have known good and real components laying arround.
Как то собирал это говно. Шумит просто ужас. Частота стабилизирована , и по этому происходят разные гармоники . Tl494 разработан специально для ипп. Для класса Д лучше cd4049 и ir2110.
Its not a proper class d ,,, i have made it using circuit from wahyu eko romadhon ,,,,,, the inductor is heating a lot and voice is not clear and very low voice and the major problem is that the circuit doesn't work with 12v ,,,, we have to provide 6-8 v power supply after that it will work

@@Naimtohid Change pin 6 resistor to 10k and also change gate resistors to 100ohms and the heating is gone
