4 months late but:
Its an NCT series called Awsaz where they pair two members who have a bit of an awkward relationship (usually new + old members or members from different units who haven't worked together) for an episode.
Another two members give the pair instructions through a walkie-talkie thing in their ear and the pair has to do what the they say lol. Ofc they make the pair do cringe and embarrassing stuff and the goal is to bring them closer
