They should've gone one more season and let these two get together. It wasn't a bad series. With a bigger budget it would've been as good as any other vampire werewolf show.
This is just the sort of UA-cam video I usually hate: clips lumped together with no dialog, just some dumb, loud music. But this was brilliant. You actually managed to suggest a coherent story in 3 and a fraction minutes that makes me want to watch the source. Thanks for creating the nearly impossible.
I don't like to scold someone else's creativity, but it would really be better for them to just stay together, and not turn their entire arch into a banal queerbate :)
Few gay couples get given a happy ending in tv series. I’ve just been watching Skam, both original Norwegian and French versions which both have lovely happy endings. Such a nice change. If you’ve not seen Skam do. The love in the eyes of the Norwegian boys is something else. And in the French version there’s a moment when one of the boys is about to go visit his parents for a few days and the other is upset and doesn’t want him to go. This isn’t goodbye he tells him then as he’s about to get on the bus turns back and calls out his friends name Lucas, and says I love you. I died….so beautiful.
@@sebastianvalmont28 Not a gay couple, but after the level of touching they did during that threesome, and the comfortability they had staying in an intimate position afterwards, it defiantly felt like they might both be bi or perhaps pan. The undertones were definitely there for much of the series, but the timing, ie..when it aired, was not really ready for something like that yet. Lets face it. Most tv series/movies advertising the lead character as gay, until recently, required the gay lead either be comical flair, an activist character showing you why you can just be happy single, or some tragic romance destined for a break up and/or death, with a heart wrenching bitter sweet ending. So much so that I never watched them till they were finished final episode, so I could see how they ended first, before wasting my time, same thing with gay movies. It's a habit I developed over the years of being jerked around by happy movie and series cover shots and opening credit scenes, that eventually end with some bittersweet lesson I didn't ask for. Hemlock Grove felt like it was possibly heading into a Romeo Juliet sort of vibe with those two, until things got all weird at the end, and tragedy was pretty much locked and loaded for the finish.
@@gvianel yeah the peter/roman chemistry was on point first season, them starts to fall apart friends to enemys. Definetly would prefer friends to lovers with a happy ending
I hadn’t had access to 📺 in nearly 18 years. When I moved in with supposed/abusive friends. I was able to binge watch the first season, it was intriguingly amazing.
Then I just read where Season ☝🏻 was your favourite. I’m glad I found out what jerks they were, but I never got to see any further seasons. Thanks for letting me know what I saw, was the Best. 😊
I’ve literally never seen this show I was just looking up gay storylines as I do and the first thing I see is Declan from degrassi. I said “wait a damn minute” 😂😂😂 talk about a flashback
