Vlog in Panama: Metropolitan Natural Park

Hi everyone! I want to share with you another day in my Panama City experience. Today we are going to visit the Metropolitan Natural Park; you will be able to listen to Spanish input and the forest sounds at the same time.
Don't forget to turn on the Spanish subtitles.
In this video I tried to speak slowly and clearly, though understand it can be challenging for you, because I'm just speaking in a natural way (I didn't prepare a speech for this video) and you'll hear a lot of exterior noise. Maybe this is hard, but this is the advantage of listening to vlogs: you will train your listening comprehension in real situations.

Hola. Espero hayas pasado una buena estadía en Panamá y que tengas la oportunidad de regresar y conocer un poco más. Es bueno ver vídeos de personas que aprecian la naturaleza, en este caso el Parque Natural Metropolitano que tiene buenos senderos, es mejor recorrerlos temprano. El Cerro Ancón es donde está la bandera de Panamá, se puede llegar también a la cima caminando por dos rutas y no tiene costo. También es recomendado.
Algunos de los que viste como nidos, son de insectos (ejemplo: comején o termitas).
