- Hello foodies, Today we are at Tripura Rajula Bhojanam, Alampuram. The relation between people and food in India extends to the caste system that still prevails in the country. ‘Brahmans’, are said to be vegetarians and thus restrain from eating meat, which for them is impure as well as inedible as it is a result of brutality and death.The high-ranking Warrior castes, better known as the Kshatriya on the other hand are typically said to consume non - vegetarian food, which to them is considered appropriate as per their traditions of courage and physical strength. They are serving it's customers since four generations. This particular eatery is often visited by celebrities & also cater food for movie shootings that take place in Godavari districts. The best part is it's maintained by the family & the food is prepared by family by their own without taking help of workers.
Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy garu had "Pulasa chepa kura" atleast twice a year from this particular eatery.
K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao garu relish "Special pitala kura" & also Telangana Chief Minister KCR garu will have his lunch from this eatery when ever he visits this way,
Chakkireddy garu, Prasad garu & many other politicians had food at this place. The quality is food is too good & also maintains hygiene as it's maintained by the family. The ambiance is too rustic & it's beauty resemble the royalty. The price details are given below,
Natukodi biryani/Pulav - Rs.250 - Must try
It's prepared with Chittimutyala rice / Seeraga samba rice, Country chicken & ghee. The warmth of the spices lingers on the palette & sustains till the last bite.
Natukodi majjiga pulsu - Rs.150/ Rs.250 - must try.
It had mild spice & the taste of curd is delicious & worth a try.
Chicken biryani - Rs.200
Prawns biryani - Rs.250
Mutton biryani - Rs.300
Mixed biryani - Rs.300
Vegetarian meals - Rs.100
Veg meal includes, A sweet, pulihora, papad, pickle, dal, curry, fry, Kandi kattu, white rice & curd.
Viyyankula bhojanam - Rs.350

I recently went to this place with lot of expectations. Meet this big mustache guy .. He honestly said right.. he doesn't need new customers .. Hence menu differs from customer to customer ..Not everything shown in this video is available or he will not serve everybody ..we disappointed ..left lot of food behind ..not because of the taste but the treatment ..Unlimited is not true.. He didn't even offered regular meals ..may be he did not liked us as he mentioned ..though we look normal, we kept quite and havent showed our dissatisfaction as we are all well educated and professionals. we went for lunch around 1.30 PM ..15 varieties of dishes is wrong.. You have to eat whatever he offers and leave the premises as soon as possible ..He literally said ..eat whatever he offers and leave at the earliest as he is expecting more customers ..when we went at 1.30 they are exactly 6 people ..next we 4 ..while we are having lunch 1 person came for Naatu Kodu Biryani parcel ..Poor guy waited outside for 30 mins like a beggar ..and then 2 members came ..while we are leaving 4 more people came ..so in 40 mins ..6+4+1 left and 2+4 entered .. Honest feed back is ..people who like Traditional meals will enjoy ..pakka naatu ..Hard /Rubber chicken..poor quality chitti muthyalu rice..Cost of 1 Majjiga Pulusu(Naatu kodi Majjiga pulusu)+1 Naaku kodi chicken Biryani + 1 Chepla Pulusu + 1 Prawn Biryani + 2 White Rice = Rs 1500..Half of chicken pieces hard as rubber ..so left behind ..
