That is not a pillow for lumbar support. Please see manual and it’s advertised photos. It is said to be lumbar supported back rest already. The pillow should be for neck support :)
Actually, you can put the foam pillow in 3 different positions depending on your needs. You can put it on the topmost part where your head rests; you can put the pillow on the middle part of the seat where your back makes contact with the backrest; you can also put it on the lowermost part of the seat if you need more lumbar support. So it definitely just depends on where you need more support and the angle of your backrest. This is from their website as a reference: "CoreCare Lumbar Support System: Ergonomically curved design suitable for professional esports players; increases back coverage by 65%, alleviating pressure from prolonged sitting." can you light up the chair ?
Unfortunately, as mentioned in the video, what is present on the chair are sort of reflector-like surfaces that bounce differently, not really entirely a light-up feature on the actual chair. Hope this helps, buddy! Cheers!

We bought this via Shopee buddy, seems to be of great quality. No problems so far and the chair is really comfortable. If ever, you do have any problrms with your purchase, they told me their 5-year warranty is good, haven’t that warranty yet though, but it is a bit comforting that it is there. Hope this helps bud!
