Basically, Beta Ray Bill is the best universal male if you don't have/buy seasonal uniforms. Nice. It's good to have options like this which is close to the seasonal metas, unlike the situation with Blast villain (Magneto dominance for more than 14 months) and Mutant female (First storm then rogue for the foreseeable future).

I think ur using him wrong ,i used him with an 180 proc and the rotation was auto cancel 6 ,then delay 4 ,3 and 5 and blast every stage . Now i have an energy and he's way better with an energy ,the 6 skill deals no damage because is lighting damage and now he deals fire damage

i was thinking of t4ing him for abl to replace my thor while i do have odin but not t4, but this support makes my thor score more so i am considering giving him a mightyD instead for wbl only. How good of that is a choice?

He is. He just isn't a META damage dealer in AB though. More of a META support. He, like other chars, suffers from limited game modes defining his value. If more game modes were reworked with more restrictions added. then his value (and others) would increase.
