Funny enough they did. Right before this Chatterbox called Dundee offering to hand over Kirk so BBMC can shave his head when he gets back as Kirk started this and left. Stipulation was they could not hurt Kirk and Bobby could not be the one to shave him. Dundee agreed and said that Clowns are allowed back in Vespucci
