I’ll never forget how grateful I was when I found your 2017 level 1 videos on UA-cam. I ended up using your content for all 3 levels and passed each exam on the first attempt. Thank you for the great and affordable prep!
Failed my 3rd attempt even though this was the most confident I’ve ever felt walking out of a CFA exam. Clearly something I’m doing wrong. Even did worse in some sections than I did in my 2nd attempt which is mind boggling to me because I felt much stronger this time around. I’d like to take August but currently burned out from studying for 2 years straight, not to mention feeling dejected from my Feb 24 results after feeling so confident. I thought for sure Feb 2024 was going to be my last time sitting. I feel I need to take some time to regroup
Mark, it's not a pleasant question, but what about teachers who give prep questions that require multiple logical steps to answer when the exams only require a single step? I think you are a great teacher and great at teaching finance, but I wonder if your approach of providing actual insights into the questions and having difficult mocks is actually the best way to prepare people to pass the exam itself, which really feels more like a trivia test of whether you remember some niche concept that was mentioned and never brought up again. Obviously, it's great that your students arguably get to keep a lot more of the knowledge from the CFA chapters than those of other providers, but sometimes it feels like preparing for something other than the CFA exam itself. It's an extremely shallow, but also an extremely broad test that anybody armed with a large enough cheat sheet could pass with flying colors.
Used Schweser for level 1 & 2. Thought it was fine for level 1 but wasn't great for level 2. Used MM for level 3 and thought it was quite a bit better than Schweser.
I have L2 exam end of May and really struggling with Quant. It's my least favorite subjuct ( always has been) and it just not sticking to my memory. I rather do double Fixed Income and Derivatives than Quant. Any suggestion on how to approach it?
I passed Mark! Thanks for all ur help over these past 20 months

I passed Mark, my 1st attempt. You've done a remarkable job, especially with your resources. Thank you for all your hard work.
Cleared all 3 in the first attempt. Thanks a lot Dr. M, owe it completely to you.

MARK MELDRUM FOR PRESIDENT
Listening to Mark explain compex topics I do feel somewhat the osmosis working on me, I must say...
Mark, what are your five degrees? I was blown away to hear that
Mark will you be releasing a video for the Feb 2024 L1 exam results?

Ya look at quant like learning a different language. You gotta understand why the equations work instead of just remembering them
take it slowly, one step at a time...
