So after it took me ages get through the final stage, I finally do it without having lost a single continue from stage 1 to the end, then my game decides to glitch up. Fuck this shit, now I'm gonna cheat the crap out of this game!
The game can be beaten in less than one hour. Limited continues isn't that big of a deal for a game that is so short. I still think Ninja Gaiden I is the most difficult.

Congrats! It is obvious that you have played and finished this game many times and thanks to that you've become a master of it! I just finished it for the first time and it took me a long time to handle the final stage (not the final boss forms, I could dominate them in less than a day), there were parts that were really hard and you have to be really fast and skillful to pass them (for example, that one with the moving platforms surrounded by electrical barriers under them)
On the first form: u can jump at him for 5 hits when his near the platform dodge 2 lightning while running away and jump back from the 3rd lightning to repeat not allowing him to move at all.. Pretty fast this is my way..
Luv this game I still play and beat today in 2017- But what's the story behind "The War Droid"?? All these years I was calling it the Ancient Security Robot"where on the Dimensional Warship is Ryu fighting it?? top of ship? outside the ship? inside the ship not sure either way that thing was last boss after Clancy i Think The Wardroid was created by the maker of the ship to deal with any onboard threat on the ship which in this case was RYUUUUUUUU!!! lol! awesome game :D
It was always my assumption that Clancy became embedded into the ship when he took his second form and when destroyed, his consciousness reconfigured pieces of the ship into the war droid to fight Ryu one last time, which would explain how the ship crashed after its defeat.
dont want to say this is "fixed" but it would be nice if all the videos of the hard ass games had the player, or the remote and hand being recorded at the same time as they are playing and supposedly passing the game. just saying. tho this game was infuckingsanely hard. one of the ones that i still cant pass. nice vid. :)
Clancy is way more manageable than Jaquio. This one is sorta hard but it has patterns that you can actually discern and learn. Jaquio was just RNG at its worst

The first form pisses me off the most. I can never truly understand the Lightning. Sometimes it just hits me regardless what I do. No matter how many times I've beat this game, I still don't fully truly understand the fucking lightning.
@Evil Ryu LOL it's not game's fault is your faul for having a broken cartridge i play this game and only took me a couple of months reaching near the end, i finished the 1st one and the 2nd one is really insane

i believe that the way you beat this game is dont be over zelous with your attacks if you focus and dont go for more attacks you should be fine

Clancy is a fucko in his first form, yet Jaquio in NG2 was harder, to be honest. Clancy in his Bio-Droid form is kinda predictable.
