Me and You're Mother
trump/pence
Mozart and Butch Cassidy
Holy shit it's the best music reviewer on UA-cam! Oh and Melon is here too
Thank you, I appreciate it!
But don't forget that Deep Cuts is here too.
These two are the best two music reviewers on yt imo
Both tbh
yo this is fucking brutal rip
internet busiest music nerd vs internet busiest music chad
This was a welcome surprise!!! Love you Oliver from Deep Cuts
Olivah
It's my nigga Bandstand
is that the aeroplane over the sea boy à la bottomless pit?

Marvel: Infinity war is the biggest crossover of the year!
Melon: hold my Thicc vegan smoothie
Comment of the fuckin year
MY BOY DEEP CUTS
I freaked out when I saw this.
This got me hyped
he is the best
Both of my gay dads in one video! What a treat
Lmao no one says they never married.
No, they're MY gay dads.

_DEEP CUTS on the MELON_
Mermaid man and barnacle boy, Unite
Top 10 Anime Crossovers
Anthony would have knowledge on how to start a drone strike. Keep asking questions. Investigate Fantano
Our Founding Liars I can't stand these truth bombs bro
Investigate 311
chortled like a school girl
He has a drone album too. (Taiga)
Stars of the Lid
"And Their Refinement of the Decline" is full of ambient bangers
@@RoosterFruit "ambient bangers" i have never seen a better oxymoron
FUCK INFINITY WAR, THIS IS THE CROSSOVER WE NEEDED!!!
SlimVeggie this is truly the ambitious crossover ever.
Well, Spiderman is in the video. Does that mean that the Melon is an Avenger now too?
Great video Melon, but I wouldn’t consider Lil Pump as an ambient music
What do you mean? He gave Lil Pump a 7. Theyre ranking 8 ambient albums here. 7 is close to 8. Therefore Lil Pump is clearly ambient
Lil Pump is as ambient as it gets boi
Bro what are you talking about. When Little Pumpernickle said “D-Rose” I felt that special bliss.
Xsess Monkee 2 His collab with psych-folk artist Kanye West, called “I love it” combines no-wave, white nightcore, folk metal, field recordings, acoustic hyper pop (Charli XCDamelio is one of the pioneers of this genre), catholic grind-core, noise trap and much more in just two minutes. Truly a great example of how mind can go out of boundaries, and create these melodies, these harmonics and the best of all, lyrics. #&*! out of 10
Dmitriy Zubko don’t forget his amazing blend of Bubble Core
Some other good starter albums:
C418 - Circle
Brian Eno & Harold Budd - The Pearl
William Basinski - Cascade
Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Vol 2
Brian Eno - Apollo
Eno and Budd have created some of my favorite albums ever in collaboration, especially the plateaux of mirror
@@nitro5247 mr budd & cocteau twins collab too were like a match made in heaven..
Selected Ambient Works Vol 2 is so fricking good
@@insecondss yeah but a good chunk of it scares the hell out of me at night haha
@@GodEmperor_ i can understand why tbh
I had the best DMT trip of all time while listening to music for airports.
MegaCrasherMusic I think a blackhole would open if you got those 2 bald-headed madmen on the same screen
MegaCrasherMusic PLEASE
I want to see the melon attempting to catch tennis balls while tripping balls
I really can't stand that album, I ripped one to it a few months back. Didn't feel anything. Steve Roach is usually my go to for drugs and music.. just my opinion though
I experienced this to 76:14. Absolutely unparalleled sonic synchronicity.
Expansion Pack from Eric
Ian William Craig - A Turn of Breath
Marsen Jules - Les Fleurs
Matthewdavid - Disk II
Stars of the Lid - Avec Laudenum
CoH - MUSIC VOL.
CM von Hausswolff - 800 000 Seconds in Harar
High Planes - Cinderland
Machinefabriek - Dauw
why are you everywhere in my life now
i don't have a life
So many of my favorite music people on this vid (I’m counting the comments). This is a true blessing from our Lord! Hallelujah!
oh boy if i could do a music talk with fantano i'd take that chance
i never got the appreal of most starts of the lid... i liked ballasted orchestra somewhat.. but albums like tired sounds just were too much
i like my ambient more emotive.. focused on giving a personal experience while bringing in the artists own emotions as well
Get Oliver on future Starter Pack vids, his insight adds a nice flavour to the format and you work well together.
The duo that might just make me listen to a drone record all the way through
Try the Tim Hecker one. Or Earth if you like metal
same tbh
Just listen to earth and you’ll be to busy sleeping to get distracted
Glad to see Deep Cuts getting more recognition! My personal fav ambient album is Stars of the Lid and the Refinement of the Decline
I've been waiting so long for this collab holy shit
KodamA kODAMa
Earth 2 is such a great album. Earth in general is a great band.
I wish they got more recognition. They've made some of my favourite drone music of all time
Been waiting for a deep cuts collab!
It’s about time our Lord brought you two together! Love my bois Antny and Olly!!!
MY TWO FAVORITE BOIS DOING THIS IS MAKING MY DREAMS COME TRUE
NOISE STARTER PACK FT. DEEP CUTS WHEN
Deeo Cuts is a fucking pheonominal channel. He touches upon a lot of artists I have no idea existed or had little prior interest in and somehow delivers it all in a way that just piques your curiosity. I've discovered a fair few good albums through this guy. I implore you to check him out more if you haven't. His "guide to" series are very noteworthy
Can't believe it actually happened, my two fav music youtubers!
KLF is no surprise, from our brother Oliver. One of the albums that got me into early 90s UK electronic music, and really an essential album. Brilliant pick, mate!
Eno is to be expected, and is definitely a must, but the dark ambient of Ambient 4, is the most interesting of his early ambient explorations imo.
Tim Hecker for the kill, such a brilliant artist. It’s hard to say what my favorite album is from him. It’s probably Ravedeath, 1972, but Virgins, Haunt Me, Love Streams, Harmony/Ultraviolet, and his collab with OPN, are all incredible albums.
Love Deep Cuts, glad you guys finally got a collab together!
I’m dreaming, this can’t be real, this is too good to be true...
But seriously this is the sort of content I live for, great job guys
Oh boy! So many good albums to listen to this week! Thank you so much for this.
YES! Ambient drone! This is exactly what I needed! I’m not even kidding.
The Disintegration Loops. That's all I have to say. Listen to it.
Damn son! Didn’t think I’d see this when I subscribed to Oliver when he only had a couple thousand subs. Well done man!!
Omg Oliver! I’ve been anticipating such a video for a while now.
Robert Fripp and Brian Eno - Evening star is essential
Larks' Tongues In Aspic haven't heard this one yet, but I recently bought a CD copy of No Pussyfooting and I love that record.
I have both. But Evening Star a little bit more, It's more melodic and heavenly. It's beautiful. one of my favorite albums of all time.
I've been waiting for this combo for so long... So happy to see fandango and deep cuts together.
I love people talking passionately about music, even if I don't like the music, which I do, I love how the music
described and taken apart to make you think about it more.
Whenever I move into a new place, the very first thing I do in that new empty space is set up the stereo, and play Brian Eno's Ambient #4 - On Land. It's almost like a personal ritual by now.
Great record. Probably my favourite of the ambient series he did.
@@johnwilkins11 Yeah, mine as well. :)
Two legends collide
Thank god, deep cuts deserves so much more support
MY TWO FAVORITE MUSIC UA-camRS IN ONE VIDEO
Two great musicheads. I love them, cause I'm like them, can talk for hours/days about music and sci fi books.
Damn I've been watching both these guys forever, crazy they just made a video together! Great work, both of you :)
First time i saw this i skipped it but now my tastes and UA-cam viewing has made this the perfect video to watch
FINALLY
ILOVE DEEP CUTS
Solid, comprehensive, meme-free content. I'm impressed, (nothing against the memes).
Deepony Cutano
brian eno was beyond ahead of his time with the ambient series. despite paling in attention to music for airports, ambient 4 might be my favorite
So glad you're collabing with Deep Cuts, he deserves so much more attention then he has.
Yeah, I've been waiting for this. AND, you got an extremely nice feature on with you! Fantastic video.
I had to take a listen to that KLF album based on Oliver's description and it did not dissapoint.
Ive been waiting for this collaboration for so long
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS COLLAB I LOVE YOU BOTH THANK YOU
OUR BOY MADE IT!!!
So glad you brought my boi into this video, he's a great reviewer. You guys should do this more, the conversation really flows
The collab I’ve been waiting for!
76:14 is such a beautiful and perfect album. It absolutely would be in my starter pack along with something relating to Fax/Pete Namlook.
2814's Birth of a New Day got me into ambient music.
Uncle Squiddz It’s a great intro album for all the people coming in from the vaporwave side
Sam Johnson exactly
I love that album has become an entry point for so many.
the tired sounds of stars of the lid, soliloquy for lillith, drawing of sound, pop by gas, and daughter of darkness should also be here
My two favourite music reviewers on youtube discussing my favourite genre for half an hour? Hell ye
I'm shocked! Love Deep Cuts and happy to see him here.
Awwwwwwwwww yeah finally!!!! Been waiting on this for so long!
Thank you for getting Oliver on! I love deep cuts!
Two of my favourite music channels in one vid, awesome.
The most ambitious crossover event in history
COLLAB! FINALLY
Thanks for having him on Anthony. Love both of you guys
Awesome freaking collab, made my day
really enjoyed this video! great convo between these two guys. just subbed to deep cuts, glad Anthony brought him on. otherwise I wouldnt have found him
man like Deep Cuts actually in the cut, big ups. (you got me into funk, ty)
Ambient 4 by Eno is a great example of 'dark and disturbing' ambient music that Oliver talks about in regards to Eno's take on evolving the genre
YES! I love Fennesz. Make sure to check out Endless Summer and Black Sea. Also the Field Recording compilation
My most anticipated crossover finally happened
That Tim Hecker album is WHATS UP freal.. Love it. Good analysis both of them.
i love deep cuts please collab more!
Oh shit! I was waiting for this crossover, but didn’t expect it!
My life has been complete.
Oyyy, so glad to see him here too. Only found out about Deep Cuts a few months ago, he's doing great stuff.
This is my dream vlog! Thanks for making it happen!
Global Communication 76:14 is up there with my favourites, it helped me with my studies at uni and it's definitely ambient. :)
Wonderful picks. 76:14 is a classic LP and I am glad others have got onto this a the pick of 90s electronica
Please do one for Shoegaze.
Efaz Safwan there's on on Oliver's channel "Deep Cuts"
Chris Sheridan Thank you.
Efaz Safwan no problemo!
Listen to the discography of My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive. There you have your starter pack.
@Miasma I was being sarcastic
omg great to see you do a video with deep cuts!!
I’d have to give deep cuts a try, thanks for doing this guys!
ambient 2 by brian eno & harold budd is probably my most listened ambient recording & also a personal favorite 💚
Epic collab
Fantano! A Tim Hecker worst to best of his main studio albums would be super cool... just saying...
yaas. I wish he talked about harmony in ultraviolet it's my personal fav
It’s the only album I’ve heard by him in full thus far, but I was really impressed with it. Especially when Radio Spiricom hit (which startled me actually). Definitely telling some sort of story in such a profound way.
Oh cool it's Deep Cuts and Thisalbumisnothony Familiartometano.
The best collaboration since Watch The Throne, period.
Biosphere - Substrata.
Arguably one of the best albums ever made within the genre.
Loved listening to ye both Anthony and Oliver hope to see ye collobrate more
The crossover we've ALL been waiting for
Awesome! Much love to Oliver and Deepcuts!.
:hypergasm:
Two of the best music critics on UA-cam
Stars of the Lid - And the Refinement of their Decline is a must listen
Just what I needed, I've been listening to a lot of dedekind cut lately.
Finally, I love deep cuts.
great to see love for my boy deep cuts
