Instead of liquid hand soap and detergent, I pack hand soap sheets and detergent sheets. It’s a lot lighter and don’t have to worry about spillage. First cruiser, make sure to pack a Poo Pourri toilet spray. Trust me, you need it 😊. Happy cruising.
I've watched at least 30 videos of what to pack, and you actually mentioned a few things that they didn't and that I think are great for my next cruise, so....great job! Lol, now I'm about to watch some more, lol. I have 2 weeks until my cruise, but I love these videos
The weekly pill organizater with over the counter meds is a great idea! I'm going on a RC cruise in January 2024 and most these items/tips I've seen on other channels, but the pill organizer for the over the counter meds will save a lot of room when packing because you're not taking full size bottles and such. 👍🏾
@morgankleclair Awesome! I'm going to start doing this for any trip I take and not just for cruising. The good thing is that I already have this pill organizer, so I just need to make the labels! Thanks again, and I will enjoy my trip! 😊
Agree on the magnetic clips, I get strong ones and use them to hang my laundry. Oddly there is pump soap in the bathroom on the cruise ship, at least on Carnival, Princess, and Holland. You can use it for both your hands and your laundry. We also use the laundry line over the tub.
Carnival, you can't bring waters. You can order waters, and they will be in your room when you get there. Very reasonably priced. Take a cup, like a Yeti or something similar, and you can refill endlessly. Also, depending on your boat, take a non-surge protected, outlet extender. Some boats don't have a lot outlets in the room. Bring a jacket, shawl, sweater, just in case you get cold.
How do they not say a curling iron or straight iron isn't a fire hazard? I don't get why u can take them and not take a small travel iron? Is there something I'm missing? just curious.
I agree it’s a very strange rule! Not sure where the cruise lines see a difference between the 2, maybe it has something to do with wattage or something? Truly not sure haha but I’ll take nice hair over wrinkle-free clothes!
Because we fly to port and pack carry-on only, taking any large bottles of liquid is not possible, and take up too much room. I soaked small pieces of sponge in soap, let dry, and packed in baggies. This worked well for washing laundry.
You have a very calming, down to earth voice and vibe. Thanks for your video. 😊
Aw! So kind! Thank you

You had some new items on your video I haven't thought about yet! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!

I love the formal nights. It’s just fun.
Definitely agree!
I used to love formal nights but now I’m just over them
@@karenvonbargen4472 Definitely nice that they don't have strict rules so people can dress how they choose for the most part 🙂
I bring a small bottle of Dawn.
Same, I pick a few up at Ollie's to take
That's a great idea! Especially if you have reusable cups/bottles
Would have never thought of hand soap!!! Wooooow thank you!!!!
Happy to help! Enjoy your trip

RC in November. We plan to dress for both formals. How fun!
Exciting! We love having an excuse to dress up

A sharpie as well
Thank you!!!
You're welcome! Thanks for watching
Do they have hangers in the rooms or do you have to bring your own?
On Royal Caribbean they did have hangers! I don’t remember on other ships if they do, but I would assume they would!
I bring my own water bottle.
Yes all great additions!

@@morgankleclair hahahaha....me too. Definitely would rather have straight hair. I can always buy wrinkle free stuff.....lol

Does the sun bum leave a white residue?
No it’s pretty matte and invisible in my experience!
Carnival Cruise Ships have a laundry room to wash your clothes and they also have a clothesline in the shower 😊
Wow that’s great! I’ve heard Disney has a little laundry room you can use too
Some do but not the last few I’ve been on
