I have one comment: in order to avoid confusion for statistics for beginners , conventionally it has been taken X for independent, and Y for dependent, some times you interchange when you write the formula of regression. always we estimate the dependent based on given number for independent. always Y= comes head of the formula, not the back.
Another matter like when the price of the foods increases then it is an inflation but no increase in the employability thus the consumption etc.... Hence the production data suggests,thus comes error that we can measure as well.

Just remember one thing, that you can always use internet for more information and clarity over a specific topic as no book can provide you all the content. I hope this helps 🙂
