Both cars look stunningly beautiful. With that being said, the M driver needs to put those brakes back on the car immediately. No matter what setup you're running, STOPPING will ALWAYS be just as, or more important than going fast.
Especially when car making 750whp lol
Want to save rotational mass? Get carbon brake rotors. Not cheap but these rotors will kill you or someone else.

Outcome as expected with those pure 1000s, m3 did pretty good considering the mods. Going 170+ with some hotwheels brakes tho…🤦🏽♂️
Was it really expected? Half the time it seems like the turbocharged Amg’s are a hit or a miss. Not sure if some don’t have a cpc tune or if the tune isn’t all that good
Considering it ran well, I agree that it went as expected. Would be cool if the W205 C63 came with the W213 E63 turbos from the factory. Would’ve made for an interesting race

@@user-um3fx2vk8r Its not about the turbos, it’s about the fact that tuned Amg’s are a hit or miss.
I’ve seen multiple instances where they don’t perform the way they should.
Just a few days ago I watched a W205 C63s race a stock 10r80 GT and the Amg won, yet it lost after the C63 was tuned. They tried different fuel and different octanes, different modes, they tried it all.
That’s what I mean. Of course if it performs the way it should, the race goes as expected.
@@PapiAndrey more then likely it wasnt a good tune. you need something like eurocharge or brabus if you want a really solid tune that will be very reliable.

Car is being built for the track every now and then it goes on the street this isn’t a daily driver 👌 and the still stops perfectly fine at 150+ plus just have to be aware of your surroundings and know how to drive a car with small brakes

@@basketball798it’s a shop car we don’t drive this on the street often when it sits at the shop we do weight reduction and run 17s on this car so yes when your chasing 8s sub 9s in a car rotational mass and weight is a big play 👌

We made 883 whp with pure turbos on a G80
G80s can make 750 on stock turbos. Many have done it.
Mhd has a dyno graph showing 720whp/622wtq up from 465whp/423wtq on a dynojet from a G87 M2.
Only hardware modification was high flow downpipes and software was an ots e40 tune.
Now imagine a tuner that wants to make real power on a custom map. Mhd is known to be on the weaker side for their ots maps
Those tiny drag brakes don't belong on the BMW lol
They do make up for a good amount of acceleration at speeds

@@kidodakid8861 Not often especially in big cities where most people live…it’s over by 155 most of the time. That AMG got dusted before it can even push which is a shame
MOST races are in 100mph increments, 50-150, 60-160, etc. but that’s really a mute point if there was no agreement on speed. Without a cutoff speed, then the unspoken rule is to let the race ride until the outcome is obvious, or until speed/time becomes too excessive. That’s obviously highly subjective, so insert your own interpretation. In this case, the outcome was not obvious at 150+ as the amg was coming back hard. It would have been disingenuous to let off there, if there was no agreed cutoff speed. It also wouldn’t have been as good of a video so 🤷🏻♂️

Everybody saying top end yeah maybe, but it could be it just has more horsepower as it was said in this video. I mean that's usually where horsepower takes over. Now if these cars were pretty close in power to weight ratio and putting out nearly the same power and about the same aero efficiency then we can definitely talk about top end.

I upgraded my brakes for safety after feeling how squishy they were at 160 and still saved a little weight from the stock ones. This man literally just said full send, the brakes are getting in the way ..lol

As an AMG owner I always loved the top end, but they are not geared for street racing lol. I lived in Europe so I understand why but man it would be ugly if they ever regeared them.
Fuuuckkk me how the hell does a stock turbo m3 pull so hard!! These things are absolute weapons. Imagine in with a big turbo upgrade. No taking away from how tough that C63 is. That thing is a beast. Two cars I'd love to have parked in my driveway.

The Yaris we have has better brakes than that BMW. That is abysmal. That is shocking. That is outright dangerous. You save rotational mass by getting lighter wheels, differentials etc but NOT brakes. Thats one thing that should either stay the same or upgraded to accommodate for the extra power

Call me crazy but the BMW M3 CLEARS the C63 regardless of it being slower because for only Bolt Ons, it's clearly faster and there is no situation in a street race we would be going that fast in order for him to finally come back and take a W at over 180mph. It's mind blowing how people want American V8 straight line speed, but spent an arm and a leg to make a benz do the same thing. Just a waste of time and effort in my opinion. Great job to the BMW owner.
Stock turbos on the E63 are making just about the same power.
Amg should’ve given the C63 the same engine as the E63.
I know price is irrelevant, but it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg for all that.
You can pick up one of these C63’s for $40-60k and spend 10k in mods for 850-900whp on his setup
Can't agree more. The g80, if money does not play a significant role, is the best sedan you can get right now. It eats the old and the new C63 alive, and most importantly behaves just phenomenal in corners.
S58 is truly legendary.

The S58 with those mods makes 700+ whp for about 1000rpm while the C63 is making 800whp for around 2000rpm.
So while it took a second to really get into its stride, it just stayed in its peak power. I’m guessing that the M3 wasn’t staying in peak power the entire race.
Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s my guess considering both cars were probably on the same dyno
