Perhaps you could make a vintage garland with the old Santa Christmas cards with cinnamon sticks and dried apple slices between each card.

It's so funny to see the mushroom canister set. I made one in ceramics in 1975. I made it before my wedding. Had it on my kitchen counter for years. Then it was out of style and I gave it away.
I got married in 1971. I remember those mushroom canister sets.

I like to make garlands or vintage cards by clipping them to jute twine with binder clips or vintage candle clips

My favorite is the mint green background with the Santa. I was just at a yard sale a few weeks back where you have to take everything in the bin for a dollar and I found over 200 vintage Christmas cards with matching envelopes in the bottom of it and I was trying to figure out what I could do with some of them myself.
I use aged wooden or silerplated or antique gold small frames and insert old Christmas cards, then add a sprig of real holly or do a tiny pinecone cluster and use thin velvet ribbon at top corner of frame. I sit a small tin, silver or antique brass candle holder adding a real or battery operated red/green or white s candle next to it, to create a tender old fashion Christmas.
Everything is beautiful but I like the Christmas cards best😊
Oh my, I'm feeling old.... I recognise some of those Christmas cards from my childhood lol, they certainly don't make Christmas cards as pretty as they used to. My mum has some from her childhood in the 1940s, they are packed away. I should look to see if I have some Christmas cards packed away from my childhood (70s/80s) and find a way to display them for Christmas.

I love yard sales and the treasures you have found. I haven’t gone to any yard sales since a dear friend that went with me moved and then passed away a couple years ago.
I love the garden book, so beautiful and will be really nice to look through this winter. The Christmas cards would be so pretty displayed as a part of a garland. My mom used to punch a hole in the corner of each card as they arrived and would hang them on our tree which only had lights. It was our way of decorating the tree when we didn’t have money for ornaments. Seeing the cards brought back such great memories.
I loved seeing the night gowns and the mention of Bridgerton. I like that series. I hope you do more clothing hauls and try on videos for us. Your style inspires me to try new outfits (all thrifted of course). Down 70 pounds now!

My favorite by far was the lamp!!! This past weekend I found several wonderful items, we had a local community sale, I found a huge vintage dough bowl for $10, it has a little cracking but I don’t mind!! I also found a beautiful Toile shower curtain and a lamp shade it looks exactly like yours on your floor lamp

I absolutely adore the vintage Christmas cards you found. I bought 20 of them at a local antique store several years back and I cherish them. I saw at least 5 you have that I have also. Like you, I love the precious details, the glitter and the beautiful paper many of them are made of. Thank you for taking the time to show them to us. I love all the things you have found for your home! I had some vintage Christmas cards that I I put ribbon or lace around. I sprayed some with a bit of glitter spray and then I hung them on the Christmas tree. They look great on the tree!

You found some beautiful stuff. This is going to sound a bit picky, but I really wish you would not wear that baseball cap when you were showing your items. I find it to be very distracting. Plus your hair is so pretty, you shouldn’t cover it up.
