If your a tenant the house will be inspected every quarter, ultimo CR. Pati smoke detector pinupuntahan every quarter kaya dapat bago mo lipatan tlgang icheck mo lahat ng sira para di ka macharge

I've noticed that in Australian house the lounge is not near the front door and the kitchen is located at the farthest space of the house.. Which is I like. I love your new house specially the masters bedroom near the front door and the garage at the same time.. The guest toilet separated in bath is thumbs up. Plus the laundry room near the kitchen is a great idea.
Hi rhaze i have a tip for you on how to clean the mirror or glass window easily. You just need glass cleaner and a old news paper. News paper is better than using a wiper.

It's interesting it's a bit identical to your former house... same layout, door handles, etc. Though guests seeing/passing by the bedrooms before entering the living room is not my preference. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like bedrooms easily accessible to guests and can get a sneak peek inside. One time our guest couldn't tell which is the bathroom because all doors were closed and ended up in our master and I felt indifferent about someone being in our personal space. A two story house like your new one is more my taste :)

It's interesting it's a bit identical to your former house... same layout, door handles, etc. Though guests seeing/passing by the bedrooms before entering the living room is not my preference. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like bedrooms easily accessible to guests and can get a sneak peek inside. One time our guest couldn't tell which is the bathroom because all doors were closed and ended up in our master and I felt indifferent about someone being in our personal space. A two story house like your new one is more my taste :)

ganyan talaga pag renting kahit dito. mahaba pala yung house no yung back ang kitchen, yung ibang house dito ang kitchen ang front sa house pag pasok kitchen agad.
