Sir u missed a very crucial item, that is that before Sou Moto by CJ the elections in Punjab and KPK were already being heard in LHC and PHC, respectively. One of the reasons, the Sou Moto is itself being questioned because High Courts were already handling the issue.

How SCP impose contempt upon PM and cabinet as they have approved the funds,it was rejected by the parliament.i think today apex court will order PM and cabinet to forward the bill to state bank without sending it to parliament.but if SCP will pass any order like this then it would make a way for PM in future to pass any ordinance bypassing the president,even a reference against CJ without involving president.

Not even the richest country in the world can hope to provide jobs, housing, education, hospitals, transport and other infrastructure and amenities for a population that increases at this rate, let aside a poor country like Pakistan.
To ignore this elephant in the room and talk exclusively and incessantly about political intrigues by a few politicians and their supporters is a cruel joke if there ever was one. At this rate, it won't be long before desperate people driven by hunger take to the streets and grab whatever they can from wherever they can. No amount of verbal garbage about the finer points of the Constitution and law is going to stop them. It will all become utterly ineffectual and meaningless only to be replaced by the law of the jungle. It is time all of us including the military, judiciary and the bureaucracy as well as media pundits feared Aiiah's wrath if we don't mend our ways.
