in a best of 3 during prerelease, i played against a dooku with a Malevelonce. He got it out on turn 2 or 3 every game. And every game i captured it and he never saw it again. There are some good options to defeat those early game big exploits

I’m debating Nute in green. Getting some solid anthem and droid units. Also debating with grievous if I should go for a light aggro with red or also green.
So if you sacrifice Motti to play a exploit villain unit, can you chain the triggers to have the unit enter ready or you must select a unit already on the board?
Theres a hack card your missing to make this even worse, Shadowed Intentions. Put it on the ships in space and theres basically nothing they can do. CUTE FIRESPRAY! lol
Secondly, I think Pershing is a must for Nute decks since card disadvantage is such a problem. I noticed most of these games your running out of cards often
I guess you need Motti turn 1, and then droid escorts turn 2, exploit Motti, droid escort and the created token to get San Hill out, ready him because of Motti, attack with him and ready 3 resources, and put Malevolence out exploiting all of them, paying with the 3 ready resources. Is that it?
It is possible and simpler than that, Droid Deployment round 1, Droid Deployment round 2, leaving 4 droids on the field and 1 resource allowing Mal to be played. Very tough to pull off and probably get bounced after doing it 😂. The issue I have is the video doesn't say how you get a round (turn) 2 Mal out, let alone show it. The title and thumbnail are misleading and click bait.
i play bossk blue as a main. I can say at some point, you run out of options for large unit kills. I only main 2 fell the dragon and 2 rivals fall with 3 power of the darkside. What hes missing here is the attachment to make a unit immune to removal cards!!! That will be your Waylay / Spot removal answer here. Situational yes, but if done right, only direct damage will kill it. There def something here and the first iterations of Nute I have seen are acutally insane possibly better than Dooku. So far I think Dooku has the edge but Nute is very close. Not sure if this build is the best representation but this just shows a snippet of what it explot will be able to do.
The upgrade im talking about is Shadowed Intentions giving the unit hexproof basically. (immune to removal spells). Its in yellow so should be in this deck no question to avoid all the work to exploit big stuff.
ya all of these expensive to play huge units are pointless when so much removal exists in this game already. I truly feel like I only have fun in draft anymore when you can't stack a blue/black deck with 30 removal cards, or boba to beat everything.

Per the rules, the when defeated effects would trigger after you play the exploit unit, so you would be able to ready the exploit unit

@@Dooker34 Facts. I am definitely sticking with draft/sealed for the foreseeable future.
