Cool, Its a cleaver "Brushless motor" The top magnet is to push off of the earths poles like a compose the bottom magnets are obviously apart of the motor. And my favoirte part though only a theorie, I think that only one or two of the pannels get light at a time that way they push them selves out of the light and then the other pannel is pushed in to the light witch pushes the other pannel in to the light so it has no need for a controller board for this motor

I've been wanting one so bad, but the price of it is so high. Now that we know what's inside does that really justify the cost? Idk if it does or not but still a very stunning globe. Love the earth one the best. Maybe when they come way way down in price, normal to do when the excitement calms down and something else comes along to knock this down maybe then I can afford to buy one. Like I said I would love to have the earth one. Hopefully when they do go down with the price or I can finally get one, that they will still be available and not discontinued. 😊

Dude, I would have given you a 8" Mova Globe that had a large air bubble in it to destroy... Still cool to see though. I love these things. I got 6 of them out of a dumpster a few years ago and one of them has a huge air bubble in it.
