I had found this song thanks to GTA and was learning how to sing and play it, after a couple verses in my dad asks me if I'm playing Suicidal Tendencies. I didn't really know anything about this band besides the name and some songs, so I was a little surprised that he knew the band. He was really into music and listened to just about everything but not a lot of punk as much when he got older. I asked him how he knew of the band and told me he used to listen to them a lot when he was in his skater phase back in the late 80's early 90's.

Ironically, as a person with suicidal thoughts, I really like the music of the band Suicidal Tendencies. Suicidal Tendencies - Suicide's an alternative is a great song title I can relate to about life. I'd pay 1,000 USD for someone to un-alive me. I hate the reality we live in. We live in a world where rent and other utilities are expensive, the wrong people are in jail when the real criminals are out there. There's injustice, people take advantage of other people, certain people try to rob other people. Who knows how many wars are going on right now? There are cities where lots of drug addicts and homeless are that can't be helped/taken care of.
They can’t keep up the lies forever though. One fuck up on their part and the system starts to crack- that’s honestly why I feel so many are waking up now. Just gotta give it time and do our best to not let them pull humanity apart more than they already have.
