    Once this is done and the file is uploaded and positive response is provided, the ticket is not removed from Web TMS. We still have to go into Web TMS and clear the ticket from our account. Is this intentional? Because we're having to clear the ticket 2x - once in this web application with the filed upload, and then again in Web TMS.
