I want to see some fight coming from President Biden. In one of the 2020 debates when he said will you shut up man, in my opinion, was showing strength.
Depends what you mean by "fight," I guess. Joe's "shut up" comment was pure gold, imo. It was impromptu and honest... Joe Biden at his best. I admire a leader who says what he believes and follows through on what he says, who puts the real-life needs of others first and works tirelessly for those goals. That's all the strength and fight I'm looking for, not showmanship or spectacle that have no substance.

I think when Trump pulls out an hour or two before the debate starts and sends angry Truth tweets President Biden should still show up as scheduled and call him a coward, probably asleep, indicted again or both, and give his answers to the moderated questions. @@duramaxdad Not a geriatric nurse, but as a retired dancer, health advisor and live-in caregiver for elders dealing with dementia as well as a paid companion to residents in long-term care facilities for over a decade, my read on Biden is that he is a physically somewhat frail, occasionally forgetful or glitchy mentally, octogenarian. That said, he appears competent beyond the median for his age physically, especially in the areas of co-ordination and balance, if not strength or flexibility. Mental acuity is harder to judge without spending time with someone in person, but from what I see in daily online clips and speeches, his prefrontal cortex appears fully functional . That area of the brain governs planning, judgment, focus, setting and achieving goals, social, emotional and moral behaviour, personality expression, performing complex tasks, perseverance, impulse control, self-awareness and more. The one weakness in prefrontal cortex function that I notice is Biden's control of speech and language, which would follow from his childhood issues with stuttering. Childhood challenges can show up again later in life, even if we have mastered them through adulthood. I am not a neurologist, physiotherapist, psychologist, doctor or nurse, but that is my informed assessment.

End Corporate political speech. Congress needs to overturn Citizens United. Profits should go to the stock or the stake holders and not politicians or lies.
Since CitizensUnited was a Supreme Court (judicial)decision, it would take a new Supreme Court decision to “overturn” Citizens. The only thing Congress could possibly do is to pass legislation that circumvents the court decision and prohibits the behaviors that Citizens protects.

Simple math says tariffs for taxes won't work. We give on average 14.9% that's 2.2 trillion.
Imports are 3.5 trillion at 10% for most countries and more from China it still doesn't work.

In principle, a trade tariff is good if there are American businesses harmed by cheap imports. We're, however, long passed the time when most consumer businesses exist in our homeland.
This means that tariffs will do nothing more than increase the cost of goods and services.
The answer is changing the very legislation that made the export of work to begin with.
That analogy about the old people house sitting was actually so awful, and so wrong. I think it's a new concept that people are trying to wrap their heads around and clearly this guy doesn't get it. You can be a very old president it actually doesn't matter. Your age literally has nothing to do with it. It's all about your concepts your ideas your plans and how you execute them how do you communicate etc. It's about putting the right people around you in the administration, it's about appointing the right judges around the country, it's about appointing the right Supreme Court justices when the time comes etc. we're not talking about somebody that has to work outside in a physical way for a living, if anything being older gives Joe Biden a much desired wisdom and perspective that he can use as the president of the United States. In fact it's shallow to think that we should elect somebody based on how well they speak to an audience. That is the most shallow out of touch way to understand the depth of somebody's ideas and plans and systems they want to enact and the way they want to develop ideas into actions in our country. I could care less about how well Joe Biden speaks All I know is that and I've grown to be a much bigger fan of Joe Biden than I was initially, is that he is doing everything he can in the right way possible and he is getting s*** done for our country in the best way that can be done. Cannot ask for anything more than that. Maybe we should be thankful that we have a president as old and as wise and has ahd career in politics with as much longevity as Joe Biden.
If the debates are allowed to turn into anything other than a debate on policy designed to improve the lives of average Americans, or they evolve into an argument of insults from Trump, I'll turn it off because that is just more of the same BS we have to listen to spewed from this deranged bottom feeder.
If the Republicans want President to take a drug test before the debate, they should ask Trump to take a least two tests: 1) A lie detector test regarding everything related to his character, and 2) a STD test. Why not?

Nicole, you're great, but Biden does need to come out and show focus, smarts, and control. No story-telling, no starting with one thought and finishing with another.
