Praise for Jack comes naturally as I share it everyday. He's a supportive teammate and friend, with a flowing, lion-like mane, and plays a mindful, complex game as layered as my big onion.
Jack’s multiple home runs bring pride to the name. As a fellow jack, I cant express how important his performance was for our community. In addition, my favorite rodent has got to be a squirrel.
Zo really persevered with Jack's support and I think that gave Jack all the positive energy he needed for that second swat. The combination of hitting and pitching as well as the positivity coming through really carried the team like capybaras can carry all other living things.
Jack Doyle is an absolute athletic weapon. This man picked up the team and led them to the greatest victory in all of sports history. There is no science to this teams greatness and no one can ever compete with the masterpiece that we all just witnessed. Also nice to see Zo’s bat get almost as hot as himself.
The Goonies was filmed in a town in Oregon, my home state. The area the movie was filmed is so beautiful that I often visit just to look at the iconic cliffs and rainforests. My favorite place that was in the Goonies is a rock out in the ocean called Castle Rock and its so iconic its hard to miss, just south of Canon Beach Oregon, Castle Rock always reminds me of that wonderful movie that so many locals here hold so close to their heart.
Honestly, Jack's performance this game all around was incredible. To still be hopeful even after getting mercy'd out of an inning, only to come back and hit two homeruns to win the game, it was genuinely awesome to watch. GGs to Jack all around. Also, shoutouts to JB Media for getting me introduced to We Got Ice! I've been watching the videos for a short while and I love the creativity coming out of that channel.
Jack and Zo are a master class of sheer athleticism mixed with beautiful baseball analytics. I can only imagine one scenario for how this tournament will end and that is with Jack and Zo soaring through this competition like the flying squirrel soars through the trees!
As a Canadian, naturally my favourite rodent is the beaver. Jack keeping the vibes up throughout was awesome and delivering with the bat when it mattered most was never in doubt. Absolute clutch performance
As a college baseball player, having teammates like jack, Zoe, joez, and Lou make the game what it is. You win and lose as a team. You guys were amazing and congratulations to jack d on that fabulous swing at the end.
Love Jack's poise during this whole game. Just a calm demeanor keeping Zo. And love seeing Zo ready to hit after his half inning. Boston homies represent
Jack is such an amazing dude he and zo have been such a great addition to Jomboy media and this game was one of the best comebacks I’ve ever seen! Especially zo’s revenge tour after that pitching inning
I freakin love these!! The commentary, the mics on all the players, the wacky warehouse rules, the overall production, and the fact that there are legit stakes. It’s such a blast. Thanks for getting me through the off season, Jomboy Media 🤙🤙
Jack Doyle --- I have to say, I watched you guys battle the Blitzball champs over on their channel, and wow, you not only had lights out control with the ball in hand, but to step up and hit a walk-off homer? Amazing. Let's be honest here, that wasn't just leaving the warehouse, that ball was leaving our little blue marble that we call home. I'm impressed the camera could even catch the trace of that thing, it must have been going Mach 1. The wall is probably still shaking, and that's how perpetual energy was invented.
Jack and Zo are unquestionably generational talents operating at the top of the sport. What a rare thrill it was to be able to see them play during my lifetime. Much like my favorite squirrel that lives in the tree out front, these guys are only going higher as the cold sets in. #WeGotIce are COLD!
In short, Jack encapsulates the peak of human achievement. His toned facial features, his luscious flowing locks of hair, his innate athletic capabilities. There’s a reason why there is a character limit on these comments, and that is because Jack possesses too many positive qualities to list. To Jack, this blitzball battle is but child’s play, and life is forever a disappointment due to living in a world not nearly as perfect as he is.
Honestly, jack is an absolute beast, deepest bag pitching in the world, nobody can touch him. He struck out the side against the blitz ball world champions and but a walk-off homer against them. Then to prove hater wrong he comes and hits a middle of a HR here again today. Truly just an absolute legend and the best player in the $10,001 dollar tournament
Just finished watching the game on Blitzball's channel where Jack made two crazy catches, pitched flawlessly and hit a walkoff HR and now this...dudes unstoppable. MVP.
Note to self - Never ask Josh Brolin if it was hard to ride the tricycle. I did in the 90's, when he came to our class. He was not happy about that question.
Jack and Lorenzo are who I aspire to be, they just love to have fun and never let the negative get the best of them. I have listened to The We Got Ice podcast for as long as they have been around and it truly makes my day better hearing them joke around.
I could talk about Jack for hours. The way his hair flows like a maple syrup waterfall. The way he bends each pitch like a craftsman dedicated to fine tuning a weapon. Or maybe the unstoppable force that can only be used to describe how clutch he is. Sometimes I get distracted during my day just pondering over the magnitude of qualities he expresses. How could I fit this into one comment? I asked myself giggling while I played hopscotch or something. Probably the reason I'm so drawn to the talented Jack, would be because of my love for Golden Hamsters. Whether it be their fun loving way of living, their beautiful Golden fur, or maybe it's the joy I gain from watching them go about their day, all of these qualities are eloquently personified through Jack and his game. I'll be rooting with a joyous heart for We Got Ice. What a big win! And always I will be rooting for Jack, which doesn't need to be said but just know that win or lose, murder or pacifism, you always have an unconditional supporter.
"Hey yooouuuu guuuuyyysss!" my favorite scene and quote from the goonies when I was a kid! Awesome game nice to see some solid hitting and the back and forth! great job both teams!
I love Zo and Jack. Their channel is super under-rated! My fav is when they play baseball in the apartment. It would be a cozy place for my favorite rodent, the ferret, to hang out.
You can just tell Zo and Jack have an immeasurable love for one and other! The team spirit never gets down regardless of the score! I can only imagine the rawdogging these two must put on with candles and Marvin GAY. AMAZING!!!
What is left to say that hasn’t been said about Jack. Truly an Adonis walking amongst mere mortals. His ability to hit absolute BOMBS along with his ability to boost his teammates confidence making it raising all ships was a sight to behold. I count myself lucky to have been allowed to witness such a masterclass in skill and humility.
"But the worst thing I ever done - I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then, t-t-then, I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa - and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life."
Jack Doyle. A man of gift an inspiration. A man of such raw and utter talent, it makes you think if he is even a real human being. A man of such stature and beautiful hair, he destroys his competition in not only his pitching, but the way he presents himself. I am being serious when I say jack Doyle has inspired me to start pitching in my actual baseball career. Because of what he can do and what has done in a warehouse wiffleball tournament, I have been inspired. It’s crazy to believe but is in all honesty the truth. I love you Jack and thank you for being the undeniable goat of blitzball pitching.
Jack Doyle. You my friend, should be an author, because we can read you like a book. Over the top, standing straight? Fast ball riser. A little drop arm to the right you say? That's a slider. This crazy side step you take to the right? We know it's breaking in on the hands. I mean, why don't you just tell them before you throw it?! Ridiculous. PS: Good job.
Zo's perseverance to push past his pitched inning and step up to the plate ready to compete really was a master class in having the right mindset to compete as an athlete.
The Chosen One, Jack Doyle. He singlehandedly beat the Blitzball World Champions, he does it all: at bat, in the field, and on the mound. Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Trevor Plouffe, and Willie Mays; the one thing they have in common is they all look up to Jack. Jack doesn't need blitzball, blitzball needs Jack. My favorite rodent is easily the tuco-tuco.
"Jack, you made us believe. You're the real MVP," the capybara stammers, choking back tears. The chipmunks, squirrels, voles, hamsters, and chinchillas rise in a standing ovation, their impassioned squeaks ricocheting through the warehouse: "JACK! JACK! JACK! JACK!"
All around great effort by both teams! I loved the encouragement going on as each team was navigating their play. Lou and Joez show great passion and Jack and Zo's positivity is infectious! Also, fantastic commentary from the booth! Nothing but love for everyone involved!
Favorite Rodent - Black squirrel. Zo with the awesome at bat to start the momentum to dig the team out of the 0-5 hole. Jack backs him up with two huge homers. Great job guys!
I can tell that Jack is a man of the people. He has great humor, personality, and reactions. WGI is definitely my favorite team. My favorite rodent is a chinchilla, because they symbolize impulsiveness. In Blitzball, you need lots of impulse to know where the ball will be pitched and if the ball will be in the zone. You also need impulse in order to act swiftly to hit that ball. I can tell that the Chinchilla inside We Got Ice was ready to strike today. (Strike.... get it) The quick chinchilla of Jack Doyle won the game today!
Doyle, you absolute legend, you were always the best Baseball player during high school together, and you're becoming a legend in the sport of Blitzball. Keep up the damn good work, you absolute beauty
So proud of We Got Ice, after an incredible looking first inning, they settled into their mindsets and really brought the dog out in each of them. This is the team is the poster child on all blitzball competitions. Also, HUGE hamster guy. Thanks
Well done to pick yourselves up and comeback to win!! KUDOS :) Amazing to see y'all play against each other on your channel to come here and win a game! Shows that hardwork and having fun pays off :D
I guess a positive master splinter quote is in order. Also my favorite rodent… "You are unique among your brothers, for you choose to face this enemy alone. But as you face it, do not forget them, and do not forget me. I am here, my son." - Master Splinter
I really appreciate how positive everyone is. There's no negative feedback, everyone is just working to encourage their teammate. They know what gets their teammate pumped up and focused. And at the same time everyone is putting in effort to be their best and be better than they were last pitch. Great company culture.
Jack, Nutria are awesome rodents because they have a book about them called “Rodents of Unusual Size.” This is a nod to my favorite book and movie, “The Princess Bride.” Your pitching and hitting is so phenomenal, I cannot wait to see what you do when you tell people you aren’t really right-handed.
(Nobody is talking about the goonies) I used to be terrified of that movie when I was a kid but then once I hit about 12 I watched it and it became one of my favorite movies and I've watched it tons of times since then. Chunk is the GOAT
LOUDAB WITH THE LIGHTS OUT HOMER to cap off a killer 5 run inning! Even with the amazing reception and hype, the goonies is still underrated. EVERYONE WATCH IT!
I really appreciate how Jack was so supportive of Zo when he was clearly in his head and couldn't shake it off. I have the same self-destructive, self-deprecating tendencies, and I always appreciate the Jacks in my life when I become a Zo.
Oh you mean Jack Doyle? MVP of my life personally and spiritually? Of course he would know my favorite rodent is a capybara and it's not even close. While I can't speak enough about his philanthropic and systemic injustice work, I will always know in my heart of hearts that Jack Doyle is the man I send to the plate when I wanna see a big donger. Liftin big, rippin bats, and makin memories. I love you JD
Hey Louuuuuuuuuuu Dabs, this girl once stopped talking to me because I told her I’ve never watched the Goonies, immediately watched it that night and it’s one of my favorite movies. Deep regrets.
No one tell Lou I haven't seen The Goonies. Also, Jack was absolutely dominant in overtime on this one. It was wild watching this game. Also: I used to have a pet racoon, his name was George Coonie. He was my favorite rodent. Pet is a strong word, he was a rehab for release into the wild but I got to raise him from a baby. Did you know Racoons purr? I didn't. I still really like Racoons now.
Beyond proud of this We Got Ice team. Kept their composure. Kept their cool. Kept their heads held high. Picked each other up when they were down. Dug deep to do the impossible. Zo has more heart than anyone else in this tournament and Jack has THE SAUCE!!!! Let’s goooooooo! Favorite rodent has to be the mice worn on the “We Got Mice” alternate jerseys from Blitzball Battle 1.
Jack Doyle is an icon. With an amber-colored lion’s mane and scalpel-like surgical precision, legend has it Chevy came up with their “like a rock” slogan while watching Jack under pressure.
jack really has a clean swing just pure stroke of the bat everything from the step in to the unloading of the hips, just stuff you show the kids to teach them this is how a winner hits. and dont even get me started on the pitching, beautiful windup with the sweetest release unreal movement its like his arm is made of rubber and his finger prints are spider tack okay this ones for lou now, HEY YOU GUYS
Absolutely electric performance from We Got Ice, Jack Doyle in particular with a masterclass game. If the boys can keep up even half of this offensive production they're a lock for the chip. Best rotation in the league hands down and now they have the run support to back it up.
Jack is a freaking stud. He’s got the best stuff on the bump in the tournament. He’s such a good teammate for Zo by keeping things positive and not getting upset at him for beating himself up on the mound. Shows how good a friend he is to Zo. Plus he hit a massive opposite field swamp donkey which was clutch to keep his team in the game!
Jack and Zo may be the most dangerous combination of players I have seen since Kobe and Shaq. Jack's pitching is lights out and no one can touch him. Zo is on the come up and I have him down as the most improved player this year. I have them as favorites to take the whole thing. Their whiffle ball series is also one of the best youtube series on the platform. My favorite rodent is the Capybara because they're the largest rodent and adorable. LET'S GO JACK AND ZO TAKE IT ALL!
Praise for Jack comes naturally as I share it everyday. He's a supportive teammate and friend, with a flowing, lion-like mane, and plays a mindful, complex game as layered as my big onion.
I saw this before he hit his first HR and was so confused. 😂
I’m
Lol hopefully you win the 250
I hope this old man and his big onion win!

Trevor telling us what a Gemini means right before he says it doesn’t apply to him is so funny to me😂

Jack Doyle is also basically Shohei Ohtani. What an incredible game. Also the naked mole rat.

Heartbreaking to watch Zo get frustrated, loved seeing him turn it around in the bottom of the inning. Credit to him and Jack for the support
And now Zo is one of the premier hitters in the Warehouse. It's truly amazing how far any sort of support can go.
Jack and Zo always a cyclone of positivity spinning through the warehouse 🐀
Love Jack's poise during this whole game. Just a calm demeanor keeping Zo. And love seeing Zo ready to hit after his half inning. Boston homies represent
Jack is an incredibly handsome specimen of a man and ball player that all others should aspire to be like
"You wanna see something scary?"

Jack and zos freindships is just so pure it brings me joy
Jack and Zo, incredible. So much love for them both. Unbelievable players
The way Madam Jack Doyle’s luscious locks loosely flowed throughout the air during the swamp donkey swing. Absolutely majestic. He’s our MVP.

Jack is like an otter: loyal, friendly, objectively cute.
An otter that hits nukes and throws gas, that is.
The absolute barrels in this tournament so far has made it so much fun to watch. Shoutout both squads for absolutely hammering these blitzballs

A whole lotta love for jacks luscious locks❤ taking baseball flow to another level
Zo coming through clutch to start the inning and Jack just smashing swamp donkeys in there and pitching lights out as always.
I love how nonchalant jack is with the walk off homer like he just expected it to happen. Favorite rodent: chinchilla
That walkoff bomb was such a "been there, done it before" type reaction.
Jack looking like an eager BEAVER on the first pitch walk-off. Dam beautiful swing. Great game. Great comeback. Great win
That Grand Salami was so smooth like the silky chocolate of a “Baby Ruth.”
jack really has a clean swing just pure stroke of the bat everything from the step in to the unloading of the hips, just stuff you show the kids to teach them this is how a winner hits. and dont even get me started on the pitching, beautiful windup with the sweetest release unreal movement its like his arm is made of rubber and his finger prints are spider tack
okay this ones for lou now, HEY YOU GUYS
Absolutely electric performance from We Got Ice, Jack Doyle in particular with a masterclass game. If the boys can keep up even half of this offensive production they're a lock for the chip. Best rotation in the league hands down and now they have the run support to back it up.
"You see this? This was Zo's wish. But it didn't come true. So Lou's taking them back. He's takin them all back."
The Goonies!! What a classic movie. One of my all time favs
Lou Dab is a monster at the plate, the goonies was also my favorite movie as a kid. Go get em Lou.
Great game, jack you've got fantastic hair. Clutch win! Favorite rodent is the capybara, because they are the largest rodent in the world
Jack is a freaking stud.
The truffle shuffle is iconic.
Love all the guy playing, such an entertaining game of blitz ball !
“Like our last goonie weekend, Lou was going out with style” in the top of the 2nd.
