Why aren't more people talking about how this girl's home life was likely a wreck. There has to be something going on at home for a MIDDLE SCHOOLER to be acting like that. I hope shes better now :(
Maybe she just wasn't a morning person, I use to miss the bus all the time. I would probably miss the bus right now if I had to get up at 5AM. I work the night shift now, turns out I'm not a delinquent like the school system tried to tell me. 🤷♂️ I don't mind doing the work I just like to be rested.
Because it isn’t the bus driver’s problem if it’s her home life. Sure it’s terrible if she had a bad home life, but she was causing other kids problems and stopping them from getting to school. And it wasn’t an isolated incident, it happened every day. The school could’ve looked into her home life but it shouldn’t be the bus drivers fault.
Yeah bus driver that doesn't care about people on the bus or the children situation at home just looks the other way and just hopes he doesn't have the deal with it . Abuse goes far beyond the spectrum being late for the bus...

In my defense I was waking myself up, getting myself and my siblings ready for the day. I think thats why he never left me but always always made sure to get me on his way back through. Honestly, I commented a story about this girl in my grade and this also seems very much like something my school would do. Could this story be about her? Idk, She doesn’t look like she’s ever abused but some people are really good at hiding it. (Not saying that’s a good thing btw)
Yo guys like way off topic but...this bus driver looks like a pretty chill bro to hang out with you know, talk about life, about your troubles, tell jokes with, play games with. I can't be the only person who thinks this right?
you never know what a middle school kid is going through, who knows, they could be abused and delayed by their parents and have anger issues from years of built of stress, why not take 2 seconds to open the door, theres probably a cause for her actions, you shouldnt make her life so much worse, she probably feels like everybody hates her and the whole world is against her, i dont want anyone to feel that way
Has a student ever smoked on the bus before? Any type of smoking, I want you to do a story time, your bus or someone else. edit: thanks for the likes edit: OMG TYSM I NEVER GOT SO MANY LIKES
A classmate at my school, and several other students, were hitting a dab pen to smoke weed. Well the driver called ahead to the school and they were met by the assistant principal and a sheriff's deputy. Immediate suspension
@mojo mojo. Shit it wasn’t easy I’ll tell you that much. There was lots of distractions going on lots of holding in the smoke we rarely smoked a whole cig or a joint we’d smoke the weed out of a pipe and if we had to smoke a cig we’d lite it hit it a few times each holding it in and toss it. My 7th grade bus driver was pretty cool she was an old Hawaiian lady since this was when I lived in hawaii she would give me a cigarette every day when I got off the bus at school if I picked up all the trash that was on the floor I just had to be the last one off the bus so nobody else saw she still wouldn’t let us smoke on the bus but she wasn’t super strict. My 8th grade bus driver in Phoenix use to play Dr Dre’s CD The Chronic when it first came out he had speakers on the bus and everything lol.
Truthfully I think you should've told her you were gonna leave her behind one day before doing it. Just to have let her known so she wasn't confused when you didn't stop for her.
@@scottiedunnavan3834 Yeah, maybe she's really busy before school and has little time to rush towards the bus? Who knows what's going on or why she's so late? If it's just her being late for no reasom, she'll show up on time. If it's something else that's going on in her life, they should've talked and figured out what was going on. Her reaction to being left behind was strange, I wouldn't be surprised if there was something else going on.
Why should we be concerned? She destroyed property, and when she was caught, she screamed that she'd do it again. It's one thing if this was an accident, and she apologized, but no. I was that age not too long ago, and it sounds like she very much deserved to be taken away in handcuffs. Whether she gets charged for the crime; for me, that depends on whether she may do something like this again (to which, given the information in this story, it sounds like she would). People should be held to the standards of being a good or decent person. Someone who does something bad shouldn't be treated the same way as someone who does something good. But sure, I get that some people have problems, and while we should understand those problems, bad behavior should be punished.
I have a really weird way of getting people so off track so basically one time I got the cops called on me and I was surrounded by 6 police officers. There where all standing in a circle around me and I was sitting in the middle. I got those cops so of topic they started talking about how they initiated their first kiss. And I wasn’t even saying anything after that I was just sitting there listening to their embarrassing stories about their young love life. But that day taught me that cops really discriminate and they treat some ppl well while they treat others like absolute worthless shit. And it pissed me off not everyones treated the same and still does but still thought it was a funny story to share.
often schools have certain families on their radar as potentially abusive and often avoid contacting home in fear or inciting this behaviour. They couldn’t have given details of this to the bus driver due to child safety which would explain why to him it didn’t seem like the school did much
HER PARENTS ARE PROBABLY ABUSING HER, I WONDER WHY SHE ACTS LIKE THAT OUTBURSTING AND SWEARING SAYING SHE'LL BREAK SHIT.... SOUNDS LIKE A DRUNK STEP FATHER NO??? FUCKING IDIOT
Did anyone bother to ask why this girl was late all the time, she might of had a good reason. But noooooo no one asked. Now she goes to jail. Incredible.
@josh johnson I understand that I don’t know what the child is going through but the man has a job kids misses school busses all the time. Doesn’t mean that this accident isn’t the same as the others. Even she was already running toward the bus but the driver is in the wrong as well he saw her and should of let her in
This honestly sounds like this thing that a girl at my school would do. I watched her beat up a short girl in my grade because the girl had pointed out that she was wearing a wig (the wig was tangled and looked tacky tbh) She almost punched a kid in the face cause he beat her at musical chairs, and anytime I’m going to the bathroom at the same time as her, she’s gossiping with a friend either on the phone or irl talking about how she wants to beat up a student or teacher. I can’t even count how many times she’s been suspended and we still have eighth grade to go through with her. Not to mention high school. Sorry nobody asked.
This happened so much on my bus in 6th. This one bitch taking her kids to soccer practice decides to blatantly go past it, bus driver blares the horn and yells out the window to stop then goes full fuckin "DO YOU NOT SEE THE GOD DAMN STOP SIGN? ARE YOU BLIND?" and she then says "how was I supposed to know I was supposed to stop". Of course, my bus driver gets even more pissed at that, yells some more, something on the lines of "ITS A GOD DAMN STOP SIGN WITH FLASHING LIGHTS ON IT WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO?!" Then she tries to drive through again, bus driver again yells at her at how fucking dumb she is. That was a pretty funny day
@@Sp00kq these happened with me too as a kid. One time it was raining and when my bus showed up I darted to the curb to wait for the bus assistant to escort me safely. Well not to ruin everyone ranting about how middle school girls act so tough but she might have had a reason to be late and I don’t see anyone talk about that
Not his problem and it shouldn’t become the other kids’ problem too. The school can look into her family life and investigate why she’s always late but his responsibility is for all of the kids on his bus to get safely to their destinations on time. Also, you can’t say a bad home life justifies breaking the glass to a school bus door.

Lol when I was in middle school they never waited for you. A lot of kids sometimes decided to get rides from parents or were sick, so unless the bus driver saw you sprinting to the bus as they were at the stop, they weren’t waiting at all. Although, if you were really fast and pretty lucky, you could run to a stop after yours and hope to get there before the bus does.
Uh huh, you see, school starts at the same time each day, and if each kid is picked up 10 minutes late, guess what? Everyone would be two hours late minimum. You act like your whole bus should be late just for YOU. How can you be this bitter as an adult about common sense?
@@bspitler0 you've obviously never rode the bus loser, no one in history has had a bus wait 10 mins for them. I don't know what it was about my sisters middle school when she went there, but every year, some idiot would manage to light the 8th grade bathroom on fire, like how did you do that? y'all smoking weed again??
In 7th grade someone in my class set a toilet on fire. Nobody with authority found out, because it went out on its own in like 3seconds and didn't even damage anything else. Rubbing alcohol burns surprisingly clean.
Okay when I was in 5th grade at school in elementary. I got put in handcuffs and shackles. I was just standing there crying while ppl my age stared at me not knowing what was happening to me. Needless to say today I am 17 and a junior in high school. I have been officially diagnosed with add, adhd, odd, mild ptsd, Detachment disorder, Extreme anxiety, severe bi polar 1 disorder, high spectrum autism, Intermediate explosive disorder (
That's a hard one... i'm sorry (didn't know you could have add and adhd at the same time) idk if i have any mental illness or smth but i suspect it, anyway, i feel sorry for you and hope you're doing atleast somewhat okay
Also the reason I said add and adhd. Is because I’m diagnosed with adhd and take medication for the trimmers (shaking) in my wrists. The medicine also helps with add. But since adhd is very much like what I have, my mom always says both so I say both even though if I were to go to a doctor I wouldn’t say add, unless specifically talking about meds.
I hope you are doing a lot more better now and I wish you so much love healing and support! ❤️❤️ and I was going to say the same thing that she could have had adhd, because I would show up to the bus late too and he would leave as soon as he didn’t see me and drive off then get mad at me when I would run up to it. Like but what for? Why be so vindictive to a child? Like if she was running up to the bus, why couldn’t he just open up the door for her instead of being passive yk. Like she could be going through a lot and I really dislike it when adults try to say that it’s because we need to get used to the real world. Like what?? Just because we’re kids dosent mean we haven’t seen anything before nor going to. This whole situation could have been resolved if he just let her in like she never ment to make the whole bus late then. And I have a lot of friends who accidentally break stuff when upset with adhd/add. Like a girl could have not gotten arrested if he just wasn’t being so harsh to a kid.
Idk if you did a video on this, but why do some school busses in the front just flat? Like busses and cars have that thing in the front that goes out and some our just flat, like they have no shape to them, just a rectangle with wheels? Idk if this made any Since-
Because the old school busses from a long time ago had engines in the back, and it made it easier for the driver to avoid hitting things at the front. Except it wasn't effective and really ugly so companies just started to put their engines in the front
@@bcgilbert5 It's very close. Some buses have them in the front, some in the back. It doesn't do anything special either way, the visibility improvement is slight. It's just a matter of model. Japanese and Indian buses do the flat thing more often to save on space on their crowded roads, and since a good 70% of car makers are Japanese and Tata is Indian, you see it pretty often.
When I was little my mom made me late every single day to school and everyone would get mad at me for it. She probably has a fucked up homelife and instead of reaching out u instigated the situation and expedited her proximity to the prison complex. Great job
Right it's sad a kid could show up to school with bruses and burns and they wouldn't even care. It's like someone has to die just for people to care. Then they could end up somewhere worse than prison like a mental hospital all over accuzations their abusive parents could've made that weren't even true. Then the kids can be labled with some diagnoses that's actually demonic possession. even though they don't have it.
These pre-teens needs to be taught a lesson. I mean period, because if they don’t they going to get worse. Why do I say that, because I have three of those bastards myself. And they drove me absolutely insane. Needless to say, they all turned out to be a wonderful kids God bless. I so I lost my shit for several years, but I’m sane and 44 years old and good to go. God bless those parents Who had the kids later.
The school said if she isn't there. While she's an aggresive little witch. She was still there. 😂 Side not, please start looking after your health mate.
Not surprised with public schools these days. My mom hated being a sub. Zero respect. Surprised the officer didn't get fired for "man handling" a child
I was thinking something like that too but her behavior doesn’t fit that scenario. I think the home life thing people keep saying in the comments is more accurate. Not the fault of the bus driver if that’s the case but someones got to look into her home life
I've seen some kids given love & affection, but they act like a bully. People here is just sad about her on one side but what about if shes being rude for her enjoyment, like classmates can influence classmates.
I get it that the kid was being bad by banging on the door till it broke the window. But the driver said "he had permission and was going to teach her a lesson" This is what brings me pause. But yes the kid deserves punishment for her actions. But swinging the I'm teaching lessons here but not my fault isn't right either.
No. Nope lol, no way. There's no way you simplified her being so late, DAILY, (you think she never got warnings???) that he had permission to leave her as "learning time management." And I love how you fail to mention the 10 year old breaking a window, cursing at the police, and saying they'd do it again. Please actually discipline your kids if you ever have them.
So instead of having a conversation with the parents, the school and driver decide what’s best in this situation. Driver essentially sets up the kid to fail, rather than telling the person, next time you’re late I’m leaving without you. Idiots like this escalate these kinds of situations.
@@johnathanjoestar622 makes sense. It doesn’t excuse her behavior, but that just means the way they hopefully approached the situation, after her being removed from the bus, needed to correlate with what she needed in order to go through school successfully.
You should have just let her on the bus now you open up a criminal record for her cuz she was late might not even be her fault might be her parents maybe you should have talked to them first.
That criminal record is not his fault she chose to break the glass and she probably could have gotten that off her record it’s not a serious crime. And also he can’t just keep letting that happen she’s literally making the entire bus late. I’d be pissed cause when I was in school I was pretty poor cause I relied on school breakfast to get me to school lunch. She can take her home life problems to the school so the school can do something about it he did his job.
Im pretty sure the criminal record actually gets wiped when she turns 18, so it’s not that big of a deal. But yeah this guy is a major dickhead for not seeing there is clearly something else wrong with the kid and its not even probably her fault. (She could have anger issues, autism, adhd, be abused or neglected). Very sad for her, hope the police looked into her situation
He asked the principal and the company.. They give permission to leave her.. Its not appropriate to be the reason all students in bus is late.. And start going crazy smashing windows or door..
So a kid with obvious home problems and discipline problems that you could have helped and possibly got her support because you saw these issues you just said f her let's just collect my paycheck and not go the extra mile for this kid. Yea that's why your a bus driver and all society trust you with is driving. Dam man I used to respect your videos but I'll never watch another one again. Yes she was in the wrong but step out the box and ask why. She obviously needs help and its every humans responsibility to reach out.
You can’t “teach a kid a lesson” not to be late. If a kid is late they could be having problems at home or issues remembering the schedule. Just because a kid is late don’t assume they are lazy or slacking off. Crazy story though.
People are weird. I grew up in Los Angeles and lived that gang life and we know to still respect people that aren't involved in that life. My point is even when I was a teenager I still respected authority and the people around me. Our beef was with rivals. You can be a tough guy/girl you can be a gangster but you can also carry yourself with some class!

Why aren't more people talking about how this girl's home life was likely a wreck. There has to be something going on at home for a MIDDLE SCHOOLER to be acting like that. I hope shes better now :(
Middle schoolers are all little crackheads
Tbh there's ALOT of very immature kids in middle school, some would just act like this to be cool.

The fact that a middle school child was arrested shouldn’t make you giggle, but concerned
Oh my gosh. Thank you two for such nice words. I literally could not be any happier seeing them. Thank you.
@@Tony_Re-imagined I don’t think that’s true.
@@bcgilbert5 It's very close. Some buses have them in the front, some in the back. It doesn't do anything special either way, the visibility improvement is slight. It's just a matter of model.
If shes always late something is wrong , so instead of helping someone who needs help we get them arrested gg. Heres your gold redditor 🥇
Exactly. Asshole bus driver dude
These short videos are informative never knew most of the things that you put on here and the others are hilarious
That was D head move, you have no idea why she was late, ever try actually asking her that? Smh.
He asked the principal and the company.. They give permission to leave her.. Its not appropriate to be the reason all students in bus is late.. And start going crazy smashing windows or door..
If you wasn’t outside when the bus gets here he would just keep driving he wouldn’t even slow down or stop he just kept on driving
Someone gets it
You can’t “teach a kid a lesson” not to be late. If a kid is late they could be having problems at home or issues remembering the schedule. Just because a kid is late don’t assume they are lazy or slacking off. Crazy story though.
He shrugs like it happens everyday😂
Dude looks like Alvin from the Chipmunks IRL
Inmates, what are you in for?
Girl: for breaking a bus window
LMAOOOO, talk about story time. Shesseeh that was good 🤣
People are weird.
U will respect my authority
