This curry popped up just as I was deciding what to make for dinner.. I'm actually cooking along with you at this moment, and I have to say.. It smells amazing!
Made this tonight. Can’t get over the amount of flavour, and healthy too. So very savoury and I’ll be craving this dish again. Might do it tomorrow again but with different veggies. :)
Induction cooking! I miss the good old days with the gas stove top that had out of control flames shooting up the sides of the pan. :) Thanks for the video!
Well done guys! Curries are the best! I’ve been combining cloves, cumin seeds, and the others also lately and the flavours are brilliant! I also prep my own chick peas and lentils first thing in the week in a pressure cooker and freeze them instead of using tins.
well done for promoting #WFPB (whole food plant-based oil free) diet. You guys are great. whatever you need in oil you can find it in plants, nuts, avocado etc.
I agree, but apart from this series these guys use a ton of coconut oil which is saturated -- no criticism, they are my heroes. But I learned to soak tinned olives overnight to remove excess salt and they're fine; the rest, exactly as you said. It's not about fat; some nutrients like vit a etc are fat soluble and you need some; you need some salt as well, but not nearly the amount present in western diets anywhere; I think it was 6 shakes of sea salt per day (shakes, not teaspoons:) Tx for great comment
Yo Dudes😉. Oh my gosh, that mortar and pestle is everything! When in doubt, I curry the crap out of some veg. You really can’t go wrong! Tastes amazing every time!
I don't have to use a non stick skillet cause I use my handed down cast iron. I am the third and fourth generation to own them and they are amazing to use. They have been well seasoned over all these years. And I'll be around as soon as I can so I can taste the yummy food you guys have lol.
Try yam curry its tasty, its called jimikand or suran in hindi great alternative for nonveg. Only thing which is veg but if its made like a nonveg curry it will taste or atleast give a flavour.
Bro this took me 40 minutes, not 5 (; However, I wouldn't have made it if I wasn't trying to prove that point, so without that I'd have missed out on something really tasty. Thanks for the recipe!
I’m interested in your happy heart program, sorry I already forgot the name, but I’m wondering in what format do you have the recipes. I am blind and I hate signing up for things that I find out are in accessible to me. Are they PDFs?
Michael Gregor and the rest of the boys in the band couldn't fault you guys for anything. I think the thing to remember with this process is; nonstick; cover; short cooking time at beginning; short cooking time period, ending in steam. The extremely low percentage of fat over a life-time still has me a bit bothered because some nutrients are fat soluble, otherwise brilliant regime; I know it saved countless lives of patients surviving major heart surgery in an incredibly long reliable study. … spices are a must (4 cloves? must try); don't actually know the difference between mortar and pestle but I know the word pesto comes from it, so it's what is ground, perhaps? mortar, no idea, thought it was something you cemented bricks with -- have computer will Google as you said; there was an old comedy with some kind of rhyme in it; the potion with the pestle is the potion which is true … now I really have to do some googling. Carry on, you're the best!
I’ve been watching your videos for over a year now and I have always been impressed with your flavor. However, lately it seems like most of your recipes taste exactly the same. It’s definitely helped me build quick dishes based around Whole Foods, but I’d like to see some new recipes/flavors/creativity. Your Instagram is always full of decadent vegan pastries, how about some of those recipes?

This looks so good. I never used to like clove but now I love it.

I did this one last night for dinner and we loved it!
Perfect dish! Thank you for the interesting video!
So nice to see you cook without oil, that’s the only thing I used to dislike in your recipes 😁

Love the way your accent makes "through" into "true"
Just don't say three and a third.....🌳🌴🌲
@@PCOrton LOL I DID. If I want to put on an Irish accent I just have to say "I saw three trees walking through that way"
Mortar is the bowl, - you were right Steve!
I’m jealous of their huge mortar and pestle!
Definitely will make - thanks, guys!

Love these high protein vegan recipes!

I love a good veggie Curry...and that pink #thehappypear shirt!!!😍😋
I love your orange refrigerator. Same colour as my car. 😄
Can you guys recommend a good non-stick pan????
Bro this took me 40 minutes, not 5 (; However, I wouldn't have made it if I wasn't trying to prove that point, so without that I'd have missed out on something really tasty. Thanks for the recipe!
I'm sure it'd take me more than 5 min especially I don't have a second person cooking with me like they do lol
This recipe looks great. Can you tell me where to find the written recipe? I do not see this one posted on your website.
5 minutes when all the ingredients magically appear on the kitchen table and you also get an assistant cook.
What sort of non stick pan is that? I am trying to find a non toxic one.
I miss the 'yo dudes!' 💕
I don't :-P
very nice
Got any recipes on smoothies? :)
I was really worried that gigantic mortar was gonna slither right off the work station as it was being used . . . Curry looks great; TFP!
Where did you guys get the giant pestle mortar?
Where did I you get that washtub sized mortar and pestle ? Jealous
They can be hot on the Asian stores
I’m interested in your happy heart program, sorry I already forgot the name, but I’m wondering in what format do you have the recipes. I am blind and I hate signing up for things that I find out are in accessible to me. Are they PDFs?
Are there any possible audio versions for you?

Nice recipe but there's no way that broccoli is cooked properly in 3 minutes
have you ever cooked broccoli
Swipe650 sure does! It only needs heating!
Why so down on oil boys? A little oil is healthy and adds a lot of flavour...
totally agree!

this is a great meal but without your unnecessarily tin can graveyard !
Does the guy on the left make his voice more high pitched or something. Sound like he is changing his voice 🤔

No broccoli fam
Broccolis bad taste is actually it’s natural self defence mechanism, did you know. But it’s also one of the most detoxifying foods you can eat.

@@thehappypear any tips on not making it taste like a tree
Roasting broccoli, longer than five minutes unfortunately, taste great. Adding garlic and onion and basic spices makes it lovely.
