    This happened to me too. I usually don't cry but I cried for no reason after 3rd day of Isha kriya. I am following Sadhguru from long time. And I am also reading his book "Inner engineering " full of wisdom.

    You can feel many things after doing this practice like bliss, goosebumps, tears of joy and ultimate peace. You may not like to open your eyes after doing this. It's nice to encounter someone inside you.

    Agree with the crying part. I've experienced this many times. I'm so grateful to Sadhguru that even listening to his voice sometimes gives me goose bumps & just makes my tears flow continuously. His efforts have made people experience this bliss. I have observed that I have started to eat mindfully, chew thoroughly however hungry I am, and eat only when I'm hungry. That unnecessary feel of hunger has vanished away. Also being mindful of the water that I use and drink. Realising the privilege that I've got, to be able to consume food and water whenever needed🙏🏼 Even the craving for meat has come down and I choose to eat veg, I can feel the difference in my body, its more flexible to do some of the asanas that I used to find so difficult. These practices, if done consistently, can bring tremendous changes in one's life. After doing the 'Aaa' chant in the isha kriya, my breath is still, my mind is still, at the same time I'm aware of everything happening around me, but I don't get carried away.

    Thanks for your feedback, I started Isha Kriya today and plan to do it for 48/90 days. I think it will become a life long habit. I am also giving up coffee/tea consumption during this time. Maybe its not related at all since its only been one day... I went to work wearing my old clothes and multiple people were telling me I look beautiful, they love my outfit and what not. I was surprised.

    From a street thug to a inspiring yogi that's what Isha kriya did to me. I never signed up for inner engineering courses. I just want to have a meditation practice I could do and it gave me more what I could imagine. Two years every day is a small time to devote yourself for the understanding what this life is all about. Thanks to Sadhguru for a life changing meditational practice

      ar brothers n sisters, i was at the peak of my career before doing sudarshan kriya .affter i got involved into aol.. i have been damaged badly .. he tortured me, my finances n he even wanted to kill me even i was doing free seva in his ashram... i was completely on road.. i have regular vomiting, loose motions because he told us if u leave me i will destroy u with his spiritual powers... these things are really harmful.. i have lost my career, my health.. it is very very very very dangerous.. i cant sleep , i cant walk straight,,, i have invited all dead spirits... please stop suadarshan kriya as soon as possible

    I am doing it tooo and almost about to complete the 48 days.. i have become more emotional while doing it more empathetic..may be it affects differently on people..the true nature comes out ,.all the emotions that we dont show come out as for last 3 days i got quite angry without reason..and today i am not angry.. the best thing we could do is not expecting anything out of it and simply just do it without pre assuming what is going to happen..

    My awareness is not constant but still peaceful after the meditation as well. Sometimes I feel an electrical shock kind of thing moving from my spine to brain. Sometimes a shield around the shoulder. Am I on the path? I see images and various thoughts come to my mind while meditating. early morning 1.5 or 2 hours I'm doing it.

    I had the same experience.. I did Isha kriya for 1 year without a break.. I was a completely different person.. I left alcohol and cigarette.
    But after I did something wrong with my body and suddenly stopped doing Isha kriya for one month and now I again become a ugly person.. Idk how to deal with it..
    I start losing that blissful state...
    I need some guidance.. somebody can help me? 🙏🙏

    Isha Kriya is amazing! I had the same experience like you. In the beginning I started to cry more and more, it was pure detox to my soul. But in the first one or two days when I started Isha Kriya I had Diarrhea (physically). Is this normal? I think this is because my body was detoxed but I just wanted to ask for your opinion

    Hello mate, I enjoyed your video so you earned a new subscriber! I haven't done the proper isha krya guided meditation yet but I did repeat the mantra or whatever it is called before I went to sleep after seeing sadghuru mention trying it in an interview. It blew my mind I slept half as much as normal and felt fantastic, my thoughts and focus got far more organised I also noticed that I felt no need to eat smoke or drink (alcohol) for an entire week afterwards but I couldn't manage not to lol
    Your video has given me more drive to strive harder into yoga. Thank you mate have a good day everyone

    I completed on cycle of 90 day and then do everyday.Results are fabulous.
    Since I suffered dislocation of two vertebra 3 years ago..I went through acupuncture for 5 month .Got them corrected but due to lack of enough physical movements my body system performance was not to the mark
    After adopting Isha kriya regularly no probels body systems functions exllently.age is 74+

    Namaskar Anuj, you have been doing lots of intense sadhanas. I am wondering what your days looked like when you were doing Ishakriyas 8 -10 times a day along with Shambhavi Mahamudra and Vipassana meditation. All in a day. How did you pack it within 24 hours with at least basics of life to take care of?

    Please bhaiya please make a video on Isha Foundation and all the expenses in a year or monthly. I have to became sanyasi, so after some time I have to go in ashram and with perfect guru. So I want to go Isha Foundation. But I know what is the expenses on my room, food, etc in ashram.please Bhaiya make a detailed video.

    This is my 2nd day of Kriya yoga as I listened the first word of Bhajan by Sadhguru I started crying 🥺that experience which I never felt in my life . What was that I still couldn't figure it out I was crying like never before it wasn't painful it was in joy as I'm writing my eyes are in tears

    Do you meditate by using both isha & Vipassana techniques ? Or is it safe?
    Aren't you mix 2 different techniques?

    I have just started isha kriya. 2-3 days ago. While uttering I'm not the body , I'm not the mind. Do you just utter those words or do you feel it in brain. I mean to let it sink each time that yes there is something inside me which is not this mind not even body.
