What Maurits does...it's really good for your blood circulation. Athletes are doing it every day. Especially now when it's winter they take hot showers inside and go stand outside for a min. I have seen a friend of mine doing it who is a professional football player and I think he is crazy lol. I haven't tried it yet...maybe someday. For now I'll just stick to ice-cold water or brumisateur.
