Nice home but got a question can you do a video of moble homes with different kinds of siding because the that kind of siding warp when exposed weather eliments over a period of time

Glad to see you back giving tours🌼. This home has a lot to offer. It's roomy with a good layout at a reasonable price. I'd make a few changes, like lose the carpets and redo the built-in desk so I could fit there.

I would take the tile work all the way across the back of the kitchen I love all of the cabinets and a pantry SWEET!! I have never seen a butcher block that thick!! Nice!! The only thing I really didn't like is the master closet is way too little!!! I don't know where my poor husband would put his clothes 😁

Average looking exterior. Can only hope the interior is better. Have to say the kitchen is nice. Love the flooring. Tha cabinets are decent but I wish the backsplash extended to the underneath of all the cabinets, pantry is a great addition. The island is well done. Love the fact the utility room has a sink. A must have for me. Bedrooms are a good size. The guest bathroom could use a transom window. The master suite is well done too. The bath is okay. Don’t like the shower doors. There are far better ones out ther at a price point that is not much more expensive. So, I kind of like the interior. It’s kind of entry level but comes off more medium end. I don’t like the carpet. Why every manufacturer used that brown carpet is beyond me. There are much nicer colours out there. For example grey. So all in all, this home makes the grade. I’d give it an 8.5/10.

I like the kitchen, the master closet is tiny, wish the toilet was closed off but i will do.
