I have a lot of repressed emotions as a result from child trauma, I’m also in rehab at the moment. I’ve been trying to cry for about 16 years, and i haven’t found a guided process for it that is good enough to help me, I feel like I’m in pain all the time and was wondering if you’d consider doing one. I feel that for some reason nobody has actually focused on the crying aspect. Sure there’s asmr encouragement and girlfriend role play stuff, but nothing like what you do, at least to my knowledge. Anyway I would really appreciate it

You know what came to mind when I listened to this induction is the phrase, " I got that covered which suggests I got this or that under control." In terms of a 'ball of yarn'...me thinks of the Old English where a 'Ball of Yarn' was called 'a Clue' ... probably generated from the Ariadne-Theseus-Minotaur myth in the Labyrinth where Theseus used the yarn as he got all stressed out to get back to where he started from. An alternate name for this induction might be...' Going 'Blank' with One ...'Bank'-et... (blanket) !
