Working in the construction industry, I really enjoy these videos about what's happening "over there"... Love the quality of your vids Jeroen! Kobkuncrub!
Thanks again for the nice report about Bangkok. I finally bought a ticket to Thailand for November after 7 years of being away. I can't wait to see all of my old friends there. Stay save. Karsten
I wish they developed the Green Lung but make it eco friendly like Singapores Tree Cloud Forest! 5 communities can reside there keeping their section clean. If they do it, it’ll be the biggest park in Bangkok!
Thanks for your update, guy you are such a good man. I am following your channel and look forward to seeing the progress of BKK from you, guy. THANKS A LOT
As the last phase of construction on BENJAKITI PARK is gonna finish soon, the forest park will connect to LUMPINI park, those high rise projects will be able to see THE MEGA PARK from their buildings!! 🌟🌴🌳🎋
What a great summary of all those ongoing developments around Lumpini Park. It's going to look a whole lot different when I finally get around to visiting again. You are a braver man than I, cycling on all those roads. I'm an avid biker but am more used to the network of dedicated bike lanes that has been developed over the last several years in Vancouver. I couldn't return to cycling on city streets in the vehicle lanes. Anyway, always enjoy your videos and I very much look forward to seeing your next....oaahhh.....videeeeoh...aahhh :)
5:30 Thank you for this, I was wondering about this building when I passed it by on the BTS. Looks very impressive & especially more since it's a school
It’s always nice to see the changes. So many even in just the last decade. They also seem to have a reliable transportation system especially compared to here boston where we are close to. It’s a mess and half of the trains are down right now. They never work or they catch fire and over all have too many problems. All cities have their problems though but transport wise I would pick Bangkok if I could chose lol. This may be a reality for us in a couple years though as we may be moving there.
Well, Bangkok has been doing cables underground for so many years. Unfortunately, during the the pandemic most of the works had to stop Plus, Bangkok is about 40 times bigger than Manila .So, must take quite sometimes to complete the whole project.
sounds like your bike's bottom bracket might be loose. I hear a creaking sound during your video..... or is the creaking coming from your joints??? 🤣🤣🤣
That’s the problem with developing countries. Whilst you might be staying in a luxurious and high-end property, the moment you walk out the front door, you’re greeted with an area that feels neglected and run-down, and in need of regeneration. The inequality can sometimes be a little bit difficult to accept.
@@banjemine4150 init, the moment you walked out the door it’s basically a slum lol. Bangkok are a slum city which they tried to covered up by using tall skyscrapers
Incredible Jeroen! Where do all those billions of investments come from. As far as I know there are about 100,000 vacant apartments in Bangkok. Hopefully there won't be a new bubble. However, I don't know much about office space. But as far as I know, all these projects are mainly residential towers.
Thank you Jeroen. I miss the old Bangkok, with this special atmosphere on the streets. Bangkok looks soon like Singapore. Everything clean, everything airconditioned. Every year new skyscapers... I don't need this ☹️
Of course I love the biking videos….always building in Bangkok…….
☺AMAZING THAILAND, 😘Never stop improving.
♥Love and respect them.👍

Nice video. Whats the app for the new cab service? They remind me of the cabs in London and Tokyo.
Application called CABB 😊
The new cabs are cute. They look like FIATs or smaller versions of the London cabs.
They are London cabs.

Thanks for another great video! Btw is it safe to ride a bike like this right through the traffic on the main roads?
I'm in Bangkok now and it is nice to see this construction what you have shown us!👍
But today at night my thailand trip will end😭
Thanks for this! When are they slated to complete?
One Bangkok between 2023 and 2026 and the Dusit in 2025.
Nice Video with your always Clear Explanation. A lot of New Constructions now. 🙏

Thailand is improving country...Hope they will make electrical wirings underground..I think they have budget for that..

There are many buildings tower surround this
I taught at that school - well, the one they tore down to build that new building.
sounds like your bike's bottom bracket might be loose. I hear a creaking sound during your video..... or is the creaking coming from your joints??? 🤣🤣🤣
Is no one going to pick up that Nimit Langsuan building?
I lost count of how many skyscrapers being constructed in BKK, not including the ones already completed.
Will the surrounding areas be improve aswell?

As a local I find it boring that most of the things we have are shopping malls!!! We need more park and sports complex

Is it just me or your videos are blurry, especially the background. Is it my computer issue or video post process.
I don't know. I see it pretty sharp. The live streams are blurry, but the regular are ok I hope.
I see everything Cristal clear 😊, hopefully not your eyes😊✌🏼🙏
In surrounding areas have plenty of salums around big projects of Bangkok. Look dirty and untidy
Yes, I agree with you, especially the Khlong Toey area.
Prime-location spots will slowly be regenerated, especially along Sukhumvit.
Bangkoks moving TOO fast. Just be another city, in another country soon
Amazing I can't have a Lazada wallet because of money laundering, yet these building never stop being built and will never be full.

Not everywhere like Singapore, there are many places with the old atmosphere, but right it changes a lot and fast. 😊✌🏼
