The Element iQ® system automatically adjusts the heating elements to distribute heat evenly throughout the oven, ensuring that whatever you make is baked to perfection. This technology detects where the heat is needed most and directs it to the right place, eliminating hot spots and uneven cooking.
Instructions:
1. Place the rack on the bottom of the oven and set the oven function to Bake.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F, adjusting with the Temperature dial.
3. Press the center of the Temp/Time dial and turn to adjust the baking time.
4. Place the tin in the middle of the oven, close the oven door and press Start.
Top Tips:
1. We suggest using Convection for fudgy and delicious results.
2. Make sure the baking paper covers the entire tray for adequate heat circulation.
3. You can do a quick skewer test to make sure the texture is as per your preference. When you are baking fudgy chocolate brownies, the skewer should come out slightly gooey.
