DCS: MiG-28 mod(FC4) | Fixed FC3 mod???

With DCS 2.9, the FC3 mod broke upon the release of FC2024. The FC3 folder disappeared, leaving only the free Su-25T available.
Through the community's investigation, it was discovered that the FC3 DLL wasn't being loaded when spawning the mod, as observed by the phenomenon where switching to a base aircraft and then back to the mod allowed it to work. By changing the description to load the DLL of a base aircraft for older SFM models, the mod could run as the base aircraft's DLL was loaded.
Based on this information, I managed to get my test SFM mod, the MiG-28, to work. There might still be some issues, but the flaps and gear are now functional, and it seems like it's on track to be fully restored.
