Do you need to take out both the sim card and SD card to do the hard reset? I was trying to switch to another carrier also. But when I look at hard reset videos they don't state clearly if the Sim card should be left in or taken out. & does it make a difference if the hard reset it to set up a different carrier w/ the phone?
