Merit should be promoted in SPSC. They should conduct exams every year and upload results within a short period of time. If they couldn't conduct exams every year, age relaxation should be increased. Another thing is that they should share results every year within one year. What is this behavior where they conduct exams but results are not shared with students for the last 3 to 4 years?

Besides Skip of 2022 PMS, Recent Floods and Covid 19 are also main reasons in this regard. PPSC gave 2 years age relaxation after Covid 19.

Khosa sahab last advertisement was announced in 2020 for cce 2021
This time the advertisement is announced in 2023 and for 2023 it should be 2024 else. They are trying to disguise this for to make it visible to us that they have just skipped 2022.
They have skipped 2023 as well and announced the said without any relaxation.
Gap is huge means it's from sept 2020 to 2023 three year gap.
