The instant avalakki dosa recipe is nice. But mam instant means always putting eno which is not good for help .especially for senior citizens like me. Will you please share some instant recipe without all these helpers( I mean eno, baking soda etc.). I am one of your regular follower .Many days morning I get up & think what to make for breakfast. I see all instants are with eno..or something else. Will I be able to make same dosa softly as shown by you without eno? Have you tried? I want to know. Looking forward for your quick reply. You skip Eno or baking soda for the same recipe...there is no other ingredients which make batter to ferment instantly...ferment naturally or skip eno or soda
