This is long overdue for advocate Mpofu to told and be put on his place. I've noticed in many occasions that he has an appetite of underming people including Deputy Chief Justice Zondo. He once did this to South African President Ramaphosa during the Marikana assassination inquiries. I find it very strange of him to expect to be respected by everyone including his counterparts whilst he doesn't respect the others. Advocate Mpofu need to be reminded that you earn Respect
I'm glad he addressed this. He looked exhausted at the end of the proceedings and didn't address it at that point

When another person object, the other person should seat until such objection is had.... It's not fair to be interrupted while raising an objection
Was the objection granted? Look the man is arrogant. Who does he think he is? He should have heeded to the Judge and would have been heard. To tell the other people to shut up? Then threaten to walk out? Whose interest does he serve? Moyane was fired cause he was corrupt. We all know that. This act is all to seek a basis for Moyane to sue Gordan and the state and we all know who will make more money when that happens. Will it help the poor who are being assured all manner of heaven by #EFF when they have no idea when government ability to give the poor what it can while they float the law? Let's call a spade a spade. Mphofu should stop being arrogant and self rightous.
Still no need for him to have lost his marbles in that way. This is a Commission of Inquiry, not a virtual Parliamentary sitting with EFF being allowed to behave like hooligans as they have done for many years. I've seen this tendency in DMpofu as at the Marikana hearings. Dali got the dtessing down he deserved.

I watched that proceeding and to be quite honest DCJ was very biased.
What were you watching? It was Mpofu who interrupted and, once again, attempted to throw his weight around. He is arrogant, has no self-control, and a disgrace to his profession.
