But what does he say after the price plummeted to $27? He revises history by saying he actually bought in at $30 and sold it near the top. Point is, these people often lie to maintain their image. Don’t trust everything in the book.

I plan to hold through the fall and continue to buy in when things see a reversal. I’m not worried because I have patience and I see a bear market as opportunity for my long term positions (5 years +).
Just keep averaging down like many investors I know and they keep seeing red on their portfolio for years waiting for the stock to go back up when they bought at the ATH.
The market has gotten much more efficient today than it has in the past. If you think a token is truly trading at a discount, it's more likely that it isn't the market would have picked up on such a bargain if it truly was.
Don't attempt to time the market, focus on the use case behind a coin or token and consult with a knowledgeable CFP who knows the intricacies of the market.

Remember fund managers are beholden to short term results which means this is a beautiful opportunity for long term, young investors. Lots of high quality, profitable companies trading at crazy cheap prices. Generational wealth comes from such opportunities.

A large percentage of the spacs were brought to us by financial institutions and those institutions also dropped billions of dollars of PIPE money into those spacs and many of them have lock-up periods (meaning the institutions are still invested in them). Now those same institutional investors are trying to shake retail investors out of those stocks and shame us and call us stupid for buying them even though most of them are currently trading well below the $10 level. They are telling us that fast revenue growth and increasing margins don't matter. If it came to market via a spac then it's automatically a garbage stock and YOU should sell it at any price. Granted some spacs are garbage...but there are others that the institutions just want more shares cheap.

The FED raising rates does many things but what WallStreet is worried about is it will cause a global depression. Raising rates will strengthen the dollar making it harder for other countries to get the dollars they need and many of these countries will not be able to survive a stronger dollar.
